Food menu can be expanded a bit more

We enjoyed everything, from the food to the facilities, the staff where great! Couldn't fault anything!

Would be nice to have brooms in the suites to keep the patio clean and be able to sweep inside the room. Thick, warm bathrobes would have been a bonus 😀 (didn't affect the overall experience)

Breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly

We iked everything from entering the place until we left. The reception lady Ms de Kock was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She is a real Asset to the estate. The porter Julies wow very friendly and escorts us to our suite and give us a warm welcome. Thank you thank. You will see us again

Tranquil setting in a beautifully landscaped garden. Spacious suite with fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. Ample fridge space, crockery and cutlery. The apartment had a great flow overlooking what is arguably one of the most beautiful views in the world. The highlight of the breakfast was the healthy smoothie and delicious scones.

The carpets. The damp smell. Apartment C2A needs a little TLC. Average breakfast The toast from the buffet was hard and dry.

Welcoming reception with friendly staff. Fantastic breakfasts. Comfortable suite with convenient parking.

Some things could have been better quality...and no coffee plunger in suite, where these are included in lesser priced establishments, but that's me just being fussy.

Breakfast was excellent, service as well and the location and view was spectacular. We had an amazing time and will be back!

I requested a room with a view and ohhhh what a view e got, perfect sunset, quietness, birds chirping, relaxing, just serine to the fullest effect, exactly what we needed. Breakfast at Simola is a no brainer, well prepared, variety to choose from, they live out the phrase " Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" literally.

The only issue was that my wife only swims in heated pools, and because the Spa section is strictly for 16 years and older, my daughter of 8 months couldn't swim with us, so we had to take turns.

Comfort, peace and fresh air

The TV in most hotels is either out of order or is too complicated to work or has few channels.

We booked an air bnb in Knysna that was completely trashed and not as advertised. I quickly called Simola and talked to Sedrick who quickly found a room that would accommodate my party last second for a couple nights while we were visiting. By far the best customer service I have ever received, and will be back in the future for a much longer trip. Everyone in my party was in love with this accommodation. Bravo!

Breakfast not so good no change of menu or variety

Variety on breakfast menu I booked for luxury suite which was more than R10 000 a night i found the room similar to family rooms. There was no provision of gowns and slippers that for me takes away the 5 star is supposed to be. On booking i requested the hotel to make provision of birthday cke for 31 dec they did not Worse my kids also paid mre than R500 for homemade cake instead the hotel bought R110 cake from Woolworths pretending they made when we busted them they blamed load shedding only to discover the order was never made with the chef.That as a client made me feel not taken serious and that thereno honesty.

The view was spectacular and the people very friendly.
