I could not sleep the whole night because there was a loud party until 4AM and the hotel staff refused to call the police. Apparently this is happening frequently. Also, you are not allowed to take your hotel keys outside so each time you enter or exit you have to ask for the room key which gets annoying.

Posizione comoda a diverse metro. Colazione varia. Camera pulita e ben insonorizzata. Letto comodo.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila, muy cerca del metro y de restoranes, cafés y supermercados. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación y baño estaban muy limpios.

No se podía regular la calefacción y la habitación se ponía muy calurosa de noche.

La situación, lo elegí porque tiene 2 salidas de metro muy cerca de líneas distintas. Una de ellas está a 50 metros de la puerta del hotel.

Por señalar algo las dimensiones de la habitación, pero las fotos hacen justicia a lo que encuentras.

La cercanía del metro, a solo unos pasos. El bus pasa a 1 calle el personal amable, todo limpio.

No es que no me haya gustado pero si recomiendo que pongan una cafetera por que con el frío se antoja un café. El elevador es pequeño apenas caben 2 personas y 2 maletas. Pero estuvo bien.

Good location. Room was small but clean and bathroom was modern and a good shower.

While not a dislike, I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room. There were not many hot cooked items at breakfast but as it is in France, accept that it is catered towards this.

L accueil laisse fortement à désirer… personnel très désagréable! Par ailleurs je me suis retrouvée avec des piqûres de punaise de lit!

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Besichtigungen in Paris sehr gut - die Metrostation Oberkampf liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und zum Place da la Republique sind es 5 Gehminuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Garten (mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit) ist für Paris etwas besonderes. Besonders nett haben wir den Service gefunden, dass uns auf Wunsch die Boarding-Cards für unseren Flug ausgedruckt wurden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht.

Man darf sich keinerlei Flair erwarten - das Entree und der Rezeptionsbereich sind sehr "puristisch" und nicht sehr einladend. Wen es stört: Man muss bei jedem Verlassen des Hotels die Zimmerkarte abgeben. Die Zimmer (besonders das Bad) sind wirklich miniklein (aber auch das ist in Paris üblich - nur wir hatten für weniger Geld eine Woche davor Zimmer die um einiges größer waren - allerdings war auch das Hotel nicht ganz so zentral). Um dem Verkehrsgetöse der Umgebung bei einem Restaurantbesuch zu entgehen sollte man den kurzen Spaziergang ins Marais-Viertel machen (Tipp: Restaurant Les Couchettes)

Vom 3. Arrondissement aus lässt sich Paris mit seinen innerstädtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erkunden. Die Metrostation Oberkampf liegt zudem nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, der Knotenpunkt Republique ist in nur sechs Gehminuten zu erreichen. Im 3. Arrondissement selbst leben viele junge Menschen, was den Stadtteil abends sehr belebt. Die Zimmergröße ist für französische Verhältnisse eines 3-Sterne-Hotels durchaus normal, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und 24 Stunden lang erreichbar. Der Preis ist für Paris eher im günstigen Bereich.

Great location away from busy tourist areas, accessible by metros (nearest station Oberkampf is 90m away) and buses to other parts of Paris. Lots of local eateries around the area including a boulanger around the corner).

Hotel is rated 3-star, but lacked the facilities of one. Room booked was 15m2 but felt smaller with 2 occupants, 2 large suitcases and carry-on, plus other room furniture. Very tight space in the room that required coordination to move around. Limited closet space with no fridge, and no coffee/tea facilities. Other than that, room was quiet and faced the back of a building with a small garden courtyard below. Typically small hotel building with stairs to maneuver. Lift took us to our floor but we still need to climb down and then up some stairs to get to our room. This was not ideal if you have many suitcases to manage. Check-in was easy, but manned by a rude check-in staff, who seemed ready to argue with you with any minor issues. Overall, hotel is at a convenient part of Paris, with easy access to the main tourist sites by public transport. Hotel room is typical of a Parisian 3-star, small and tight for a standard room. Of course, you can pay extra to get a bigger room. Might consider staying here again, but would I put up with a rude check-in staff? Hmm....

situation de l'hôtel et confort de la chambre

On ne parle pas aux clients de cette manière : - une carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte, un cache pour la carte magnétique, l'obligation de laisser la carte quand on sort de l'hôtel, la carte sert également à pouvoir allumer la lumière. Si vous laissez la carte sans le porte carte, vous êtes sèchement rappelé à l'ordre. - Si vous quittez la chambre le dimanche matin avec... 10' (précises) de retard, vous êtes rappelé à l'ordre comme si l'organisation entière de l'hôtel en dépendait. - A l'arrivée dans l'hôtel, une longue diatribe véhémente contre la Maire de Paris en raison des taxes de séjours (à 1,8€ par jour pour l'instant) pour une chambre à plus de 250€ par nuit. j'essaye de tempérer un peu (non pas que j'apprécie particulièrement Mme Hidalgo) ce qui me vaut une remarque désagréable. Lorsque l'on va dans un hôtel, on ne souhaite pas forcément avoir à se positionner sur un terrain politique. Bref, très caporalisé et peu accueillant. Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel. Par ailleurs, petit-déjeuner moyen moins.

Frühstück Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage, 40m von U-Bahn Station entfernt. Die Linien 5, 9 bringen , mit Verbindungen, überall. Der Garten sehr schön. Lage sehr ruhig (Nebenstraße). Restaurants ok in der Nähe.

Worse staff ever. I was ripped off by the manager who charged me 190€ extra for two nights for my daughter to stay. Even though the booking for two was the same as for one on booking. Com He only wanted cash and gave me no receipt He would not let me cancel without losing all my money even after 4 phone calls from booking. Com

This hotel is in a great location. While it offers breakfast, there were patisseries all around that were wonderful and so Parisian. Staff were helpful sending us in the right direction for brasseries, etc. for dinner - great location in so many ways. Near Metro which for getting RER to Charles de Gaulle. Our window looked out over a gorgeous patio filled with trees, flowers, flowering bushes - and birds. Hard to believe we were in the heart for Paris. Guests can use patio when they are not serving breakfast. Very, very nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was a little small but very comfortable. Great value for its location. We will go back on future trips to Paris.

The hotel is very well located near the metro station and not far from Place de la Republique. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The room looked very nice and it was quite large. The personnel was nice. The breakfast was good. A very good place to stay when in Paris.

The 2 older guys at the desk were sometimes downright rude. The lobby floor and the -1 floor smelled like bleach covering up urine smells, however, the bedrooms smelled good and you could open up the windows to get the breeze and a good view. Elevator was RIDICULOUSLY small. Not enough ledges/counters to put things.

Check in was easy and staff pleasant. Room was small but just fine and had a lovely view of the garden below. Windows open (always a bonus for me) and the room smelled fresh. It is nicely located right near a Metro stop and several restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and had a wide variety of hot and cold dishes.
