good location good breakfast

they changed our room - of course for a much more expensive one - without letting us know in advance by message or email too small room for such a high price

The room we got was not Up to 4-star hotel standard at all. The light in the entrance was Broken and it did not even have a protection glass, completely open...very dangerous. When I reached to examine it ,the spotlight gave away sparks! My lamp at the bed was not connected. So I had to move the entire bed to get it to work. The kettle for boiling water had such a Short cord that it nedded to be on the floor and not the table, because of the risk of falling down(The table was fixed in the wall so it could not be moved). The shower was leaking water right out to the toilet floor, because the sealing for the shower was Broken. We had to move to another room in the middle of the Night, because of this. We got a bigger room wich was kind, but this room was not 4 star either. The armchair had a nearly Broken leg so you could not sit in it. The shower head Piece should be able to turn to get different size of the water. This function did not work at all. The water went everywhere to the Side of the head Piece and not strait through the holes as it should, I guess because of a bad sealing in the head Piece. And the shower curtain was way to small, so when you put it against One of the walls it was a large gap against the other. So if you put the curtain to One of the walls the water went through the gap and ran all over the toilet Seat and toilet paper so that got wet....and the curtain was way to Short also. Not even Close to the floor at all, so water splashing everywhere in the room. One of the the bedside had No place to plug in your phone to Charge during the Night !?! It should be on both sides for both customers. At breakfast I looked at the deep plates and the first One I took Still had old food on it ! The second One also was food on , the third was also Dirty. The fourth plate was not clean but acceptable, this I took, but the fifth plate yet again had old food on it and not clean at all, which made me loose My appetite. Not 4 star at all....

the pillows were too small for our taste We stayed 2 nights. no cleaning or towelchanges were done. had Even put up the sign to request cleaning.

A hotel located near a golf course. Stunning views with a beautiful balcony overlooking the fjord. Nice staff. Very nice breakfast

A gym with few facilities. You need a car to get to the city center - quite isolated

Hotel is simple but beautifuly decorated. The view from the terrace of the hotel is Just stunning. And birds from the forest is also amazing, you can hear it all the time. We only had breakfest, food was very delicious and everything is so clean.

After seeing loby and terrace,room was quite surprising. I didnt like the smell..and looked really cheap and old.Rooms dont have air condition.Just open the window as recepetionist has sugested (🤔)was not enough.

Splendid hotel. Diner and breakfast is of a very high quality, service exceeds expectations because they have a high level of attention and very good advices.

Very good breakfast

The hotel is called Utsikten and the view over the Fjord below really is splendid. Too bad it's on a long hill when you're like me by bike :-). The room and the hotel as a whole looks either new or recently renovated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also beyond my expectations with lots of home-made choices.

The restaurant certainly isn't bad, but, perhaps due to limited attendance during the pandemic, the menu is somewhat limited. The food was well presented and nice, but for me it lacked that little extra to make it memorable.
