Amazing! Pleasant and comfortable accommodation, nice and helpfull staff, firm comfortable bed. Very well equipped. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection - highly recommended :D

I was traveling long distance and wanted to make a stop in the middle of my drive. I checked booking.com for available hotels. I selected NH as it was available at that time. I have received confirmation from the facility. Therefore I changed my direction and I have drove there for like 40mins, parked in the underground parking, got luggage out of car, went to the hotel. On the reception I was told that I have arrived outside of checkin window, so I need to wait another 4hours for it to open or leave. I was like wtf, I have got the confirmation from the hotel, I specially selected hotel which was available to checkin at that time, and I was sent away after driving there completely out of direction of my travel. As I didnt want to wait in hotel in the middle of night, I returned to the car, paid the parking fee and left. Super disappointing.

Good location. Courteous Staff

The lights in the room weren’t bright enough, especially the bathroom where it was always so dark. The safety deposit box didn’t work. The shower chain was broken and it squeaked continuously when the shower was turned on. The staff very courteously kept saying it will be fixed soon but it never did. Also I’m not sure why they don’t put a lock on the room doors.

Big and clean rooms. Underground parking with charging station. Close to airport and Mall. Modern furniture and furnishings.

Everything was perfect with one exception in the rooms, all the signs were not in English and the things that were taken out of the minibar were not actually welcome drinks, but were charged to us after leaving the hotel. They left us with the bad feeling that we had stolen something for which it was not clear that it had been paid for.

Clean, Close to the airport and multiple bus stations that can take you anywhere in town. Great wellness center - pool wasn’t cold, jacuzzi was hot, and saunas were great. We liked everything.

The room was clean. Bed and extra bed were comfortable. Spa was good. Breakfast also was very good. The hotel is also pet friendly. the staffs are all very nice.

The Spa and swimming pool only open after 10:00hr even on the weekend. So not possible for morning swim. The water in the swimming pool can be a little warmer. We requested for extra pillows during the booking but it was not available. Need to pay extra city tax even through on the booking.com said that it was already included into the room price. We specifically asked this and show the message from the booking.com but we still need to pay the city tax extra.
