The location of parasol is perfect for shops,takeaway, beach and all amenities. The property itself is spotless beds are always made and rooms cleaned daily. Price is very reasonable and staff are polite and just as helpful.10/10

The room was perfect and well laid out. Tea and coffee etc was replenished in the morning as well as the beds being made. We stayed for 2 nights to see family and were very pleasantly surprised how good the value for money was. Breakfast was not provided, however there was a short walk to the town where there was plenty of choice to grab a breakfast.

The room was slightly cold of an evening even though the heating was on, but I understand we have had a very cold winter so far.

Brillo, Sam the owner was great, will be staying again, and his son has flats in Bristol, so see you next year

Love the facilities we were able to use the kitchen and had a helpful host that was kind. The code system was also brilliant so we did not have to use keys

The bed needs changing wasn't comfortable and also although the fridge in the room was good for storing our food it made a horrible sound during the night

On arrival Sam very helpful explained everything clear couldn’t fault would stay there again and reconmend

Each day when we went out and came back there was always milk more biscuits always top up and toilet rolls to I have stayed in Poland Berlin Dublin and Southport this year and this small gust house 10 out of 10 not far from 2 local pubs some nice little shops nice cafe in park and 10 minutes walk and your on the front no noise Thankyou Sam me and my friend Peter hope to stay wt you again soon

Comfortable room and bed, proprietor and staff friendly and helpful, and everything was tidy when we arrived. Problem with access was sorted quickly-see below. Would stay at Parasol again.

Some slight noise during evening and night, possibly due to machinery in adjoining property. This was mentioned to proprietor. Problem with keyless access system which was solved by proprietor giving us keys to get in at night, possible software issue here on the worldwide system so Parasol not to blame for this matter.

Check-in at 02.30 was very well arranged and communicated. Very friendly and helpful staff. As requested I had the attic room (room nr. 9) that is on one of the pictures of the single rooms. The room consist however of 2 parts; in the other corner there are a sofa, fridge, tv and the coffee/ tea making facilities. (see pictures). For very tall people this room may not be advisable, but I felt at home there! The hotel is in a quiet street about 10 minutes walking from the railwaystation/ bus station/ centre. The beach is even closer, only a couple of minutes. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

The guest house is near the beach which is amazing. It was absolutely clean and the staff were lovely. The bedroom was so spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The room was warm and cosy it had what you needed and it was nice and quiet and not too far from the beach,and good value for money
