Great hotel. I liked my stay very much

Bed mattess was hard and not very comfortable. All the comments I read were right. This was the only thing that I did not like about my stay

The staff were some of the kindest people we have ever met. They truly represent the “Land of Smiles”. The layout and decor of the villa is amazing. Location is very accessible for things to do and conveniently tucked away from traffic. The outdoor decor and gardening are magical as well as the sounds of nature. It truly feels like staying in the jungle.

The villas being connected by wall is a bit of a let down due to sometimes hearing chairs get dragged but are soundproofed well other than that. The bathtub definitely needs more water pressure as it takes about an hour to fill up to an adequate amount. Maybe more private blinds at the front of the villa such as curtains.

Its old and dirty, staff very rude, bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were worse.

We chose The Village for our first days in Thailand and it was the best choice. First of all, the staff is great, very helpful and positive, we felt so welcome and it set a very good tone for our trip. Secondly, the environment: very green area, beautiful nature, pools and jacuzzi added a lot.

The least favorite part was their kitchen, very basic breakfast and other dishes were not really good but there are many restaurants around the hotel.

the hotel is very pretty! best value for money. few mins walk to Karon beach. the staff are very accommodating of our requests.

we loved the feel of the villa we had. it was great that each room came with a separate big bathroom and walk in wardrobe. the bed was huge! the staff were super friendly.

unfortunately when we stayed, there were renovation works going on, the jacuzzi didn’t work and the spa was closed.

it is very traditional & authentic not the built up resorts you see a lot. all the staff were super polite & friendly. breakfast included was plentiful & delicious.

the beds were very hard same at our new resort so I guess that’s just how they are

1. Shower head is not detachable, so made it difficult to wash up at times 2. Bathtub was very big and water output was low so took a really long time to fill
