Comfortable bed, large and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a relatively big free parking lot right in front. Good WiFi. Good breakfast with a view over a nice artificial lake with living fish.

The surroundings - the hotel is right next to a huge chemical factory which produces smells and loud alarms ringing all the time even at night. The building is old, and despite having been renovated probably in the 90's, it feels outdated.

Big and original car parking, nice inner courtyard with fishes in a pool - nice place for relaxation. We liked two well-furnished rooms and bathroom with music. Breakfast also was very good.

It is quite far from the city. If you are without the car, it can be difficult and will take much time to reach the station or city center

Large rooms, very clean

We came in the summer and the hotel had hot stuffy rooms. If you open the windows the noise from the traffic makes it impossible to sleep. If you are not disturbed by noise or come in the winter than this hotel is perfect.

The on-site team can only respond with copy-paste sentences in English. My name was misspelled with the guest's name during the resolution process for my case. I booked a hotel at almost midnight for my family remotely. But, unfortunately, they could not get there. I contacted the hotel and asked if there is anything to do. Within 3 min I received a rude sentence translated by Google. I did not even claim a partial refund, I do not worry. But this business does not want to help its customers. They are asking your credit card 😵‍💫 in messages to secure the reservation, but I already paid on Booking.com with Apple Pay. Worst customer service I have ever had. Usually service and business tries to build relationships and trust so you come back to use their service again... Not the case.

Beautiful hidden garden where we could have s nice breakfast. Lovely modern bathroom. Just stayed one night to break up a long journey from Czech Republic to Uk. Very clean if a little dated

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant was closed (we stayed on a Sunday) and nothing nearby. Did manage to order a takeaway pizza, and there was nothing in the room by the way of a kettle etc The only other thing was the bed was so uncomfortable, soft and lumpy which dipped in the middle making for an interesting nights sleep!

The hotel needs some renovation. There was a rather unpleasant smell in the corridors and in one part of the room.
