The location, the pool.

I had a room on the ground floor which was very noisy with the movement from above rooms. And it was also very dark.

Location was great for what I was there for.

but it didn't meet my expectations re description. I had thought I was getting a pool view and had a view of a vacant block and garden.

Needs black out blinds to all bedrooms. Kitchens could be slightly better stocked.

The pool area had a great atmosphere. The cleaning staff were so lovely and friendly.

The decor and furniture in the rooms were old and needed a freshen up. Also, the entire bed would slide on the tiles every time we turned in our sleep.

The pool and swim up bar were amazing. Staff were friendly. Location was great, walking distance to some of the best restaurants we have been too.

Location of resort was good. Most of the staff were pleasant. Shower in our room was great.

Resort felt very rundown and tired. Short staffed especially at pool area This was a holiday, but we were required to work a bit every day. No desk in room. We asked to move to a room with one but no availability. We were then brought a table in our room to work on. Our room very dark and in need of facelift. We were towards end of resort. Very isolated. Food in resort very average. Expensive for what we got.

Wifi was very slow and didn’t work most of the time. balcony could have been cleaned along with the room

Our room was superbly located on the ground floor as close as one could be to the pool. Breakfast was always fresh however the poached eggs left in the mainmarie were always hard so we had scrambled eggs which were good. Great selection of cereals, fruits etc.

There was nothing we could say we did not like about Peppers Beach Resort. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thankyou. The underground parking was easily accessible and spaces were always available.

Pool

the service - We had an issue with the locking mechanism of the door. Locked out for2 hours while multiple staff tried to open the door not the staff were aware of this issue as it seems to be a common problem. No main thing was being unlocked out of your room at 11 o’clock at night till 1 o’clock in the morning and then the next day, the same thing happened got locked out of the room again and we weren’t offered any thanks or apologies or even a little bit of conversation which I just thought was pretty ordinary from 5 Star hotel.

Incredible pool area with swim up bar and pool toys, beautiful hotel and gorgeous rooms! Although it was really windy on the beach when we arrived, the pool area was beautifully sheltered. Staff were super professional and accommodating. It was a beautiful experience. Dinner at Neptunes was also amazing.

It needs a little bit of freshening up.

Whenever we go to Palm Cove we always stay at Peppers Beach Club. The rooms are always clean and have everything you would ever need for your stay. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The facilities on the property are well maintained and the pool area which includes a swim-up bar is exceptional.
