The facilities were lovely! Pool was amazing but extremely busy! gardens were immaculate !

Great pools and location

The restaurant availability and food options. Also felt that management didn’t treat private guests with the same respect.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable, with dark, quiet bedrooms. It's located in a resort with good facilities including swimming pools, a spa, a resort shop and an excellent restaurant. Many other facilities and restaurant options are located close by in Palm Cove.

The apartment's veranda, overlooking the swimming pool, feels a little closed in, as it has a solid wall to waist height. The resort restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday nights, so you need to make other arrangements on those nights or order food on room service. The walk to the main restaurant area is quite short but at night you need to take a torch or use your Iphone as part of the walk is poorly lit.

beautifully presented, spacious with extra touches to make our stay warm and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of extras. Will definitely return again. Close to restaurants and bars .

Amazing Apartment, very clean and huge for two of us. Excellent position in the complex and so close to the beach.

The only negative would have been the pool spa being closed off and the surrounds by the pool untidy?

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice view of the pool easy to go back and forth.

We have stayed at the Pullman Port Douglas many times so knew what to expect. Covid was a challenge though as no restaurants were available unless booked weeks in advance. The Sea Temple had no casual dining past 5.30pm so unless you go to Coles you go hungry - this is the Pullmans responsibility we appreciate and I am sure will get better post Covid. No ones fault and the staff tried their hardest in very understaffed conditions The hosts were very clear, professional in giving directions and instructions on how to access the apartment etc

The apartment had the very basics but lacked any extra softer touches like a basic rug or paintings or more than the bare minimum of cooking utensils, foil/enough garbage bags etc. There were no microwave cooking containers for example. The couch was also so uncomfortable it needs replacing. Not big issues in themselves but things that would make a big difference. The other privately owned apartments at the Pullman in Port Douglas had these touches and it was noticed. The resort is very conveniently located

Lovely huge apartment with well appointed kitchen and great balcony for relaxing. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend the on-site spa too. Will definitely rebook if visiting palm cove again.

Lovely spot right on the beach, with three beautiful pools. The apartments were modern and spacious with a large balcony. Apartment had a great view of the pools and was in a quiet location with minimal foot traffic heard.

The room’s cleanliness was lacking, mostly the floor upon arrival, rubbish under beds, dusty shelves/surfaces. Very noticeable stains on main bed sheet and beach towel. Wifi didn’t really work for either of us, small TV in lounge for what would be expected in a 5 star hotel with a number of channels not working. The spa bath in 333 didnt work, and the bathroom door didn’t lock - which is super important when you have kids and don’t want an audience. Aircon or some sort of motor located above main bedroom’s bathroom is incredibly loud, hampering sleep. Pool areas need better maintenance, whilst it is Autumn there was no cleaning of the decking around the pools during our 5 day stay. Onsite restaurant was terrible. Tried breakfast and didnt return. First to sit, last to eat - a cold and basic meal, on stained seats, food splattered ground and a sticky table. Signage saying kids under 5 eat free and then getting charged... and when pointing it out to staff, were told its on us to let them know our kids are under 5 - apparently the baby in the highchair wasn’t obvious enough.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff were very friendly. Facilities were excellent. Location was good and just a short walk to the main street and shops.

The lounge in the sitting room needs replacing as it is very uncomfortable an sagging when you sit in it. Apart from that the accommodation was excellent!

Loved the location, the large unit with very comfy beds, the magnificent pools and pool bar. A lovely relaxed vibe and extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The cocktails & snacks by the pool were great.

A more comfy lounge and bigger TV would have just topped it off but that is it.
