部屋がとても広くて、子どもが楽しめる仕掛けがあったのがよかった。アメニティーの歯ブラシ等の質がよかった。子どもたちがベッドの下に潜り込んで遊んでいて埃だらけになるのを心配していたが、（他ホテルで汚いところがあった）綺麗に掃除されていたようで、埃だらけにならなかった。景色もよかった！

チェックインの時、時間がかかるゲストが多かったようで結構待たされたのがしんどかった。お風呂の排水の流れが悪く不快だった。（排水溝も確認したが、排水溝は綺麗だったので内部の構造の問題だと思う）

무료셔틀버스가 있어서 좋았고, 1층에 다양한 식당이 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 공항리무진을 1층에서 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 수영장이 있어서 좋았습니다.

조식 메뉴가 다양하지 않아 조금 아쉬웠고, 체크인 시간도 생각했던것 보다 오래 걸렸어요. 공항리무진 시간이 다양하지 않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 1층 로비에 비해 룸 시설이 조금 오래된 모습 있었습니다.

Área de fumante não ter uma cadeira confortável para sentar ,depois de um dia longo no parque com os pés dolorido de tanto andar so queria uma cadeira confortável para fumar meu cigarro no final do dia ! No caminho de volta parei em uma parada da express e lá tinha um banco confortável pensei como pode em um hotel não ter e em uma parada de estrada ter um banco mais confortável.

ディズニーモノレールに近く、朝食が美味しかった。朝食会場のスタッフさんが皆さんとても親切でした！

駐車券を聞いたときのサービス係、プールの受付スタッフが対応が悪かった。

Very nice staff, clean hotel overall, convenient location to Disney.

Family room isn't big enough for 5 people. Should be more space with living/dining area and with 2 bathrooms.

No easy access to the parks like other hotels

孫を連れての宿泊でしたが、幼児が楽しめる部屋でとても喜んでいました

翌日起床後、バスルームに行くと数匹のコバエ？を見つけました。 あとコンセントの位置が不便でした。 チェックアウト日はそのままトイストーリーホテルへの移動でしたが荷物のデリバリーについての説明がありませんでした。

After a rocky check in process (credit card was charged in the wrong currency then refunded without me being asked (a refund can take up to 10 business days) so essentially, we were out of pocket $2500) the stay was lovely. The staff are all very nice and loved to have a go at practicing their English with us. The view from our room (820) was beautiful, the room was also very clean. This is a great spot for Disneyland and DisneySea. Free shuttle bus to the Disney tram line is a great idea. Extra shout out to the Manager and Duty Manager (around 12.30-2pm on Tuesday 11/6) on our check-in debacle for trying their very best to make the rest of the stay enjoyable, especially seeing as this was a 25th Birthday present for out daughter.

The beds are a little hard.
