The location between the pedestrian zone and the spa district is quite good. Also the near to parking spaze at Thermal hotel. I liked the balcony. Breakfast was good, one day the weather allowed a breakfast on the terrace. Liked that.

The location of the hotel and the breakfast with view on the river were great.

We tried to call the hotel regarding the check-in time several times but couldn't reach anyone.

there is no parking lot available attached to the hotel and the parkings nearby are pretty expensive

So disappointing. We could not wait to leave.

The rudeness of the staff was extraordinary. On multiple occasions they made it clear that they did not want to welcome us. In fact, they were objectionable throughout our short stay. Their pretence at having parking facilities was also annoying. They made it clear we could park opposite the Hotel. What they did not say was there was a 30 minute limit! We then had to find their preferred Parking garage (instructions in dreadful English impossible to understand) and pay a ridiculous sum for the privilege. Strongly recommend that you find a different Hotel.

I had an excellent stay in Romania hotel. Best location, close to everything within a few minutes walking distance ( both train stations, bus hub, Thermal Festival building, shopping areas, Collonade, springs, hills, terraces etc). Spaceful room, large windows, comfy bed, large closet, sitting area, fridge, free wifi. It's a charming old hotel with very, very nice staff. Yes, they have elevator and restaurant serving all day long. What else do you need?

The offer for TV channels în a different language than czech îs on the poor side.

The hotel is located in an extremely good area. It is a few minutes' walk to the centre, the rooms are large and quiet, at least the ones with a view to the back.

the hotel has no parking, and parking in the area near the hotel is extremely expensive and you can park for up to 3 hours. it's annoying that every 3 hours you have to go to the parking lot to renew your ticket.

Bed was really comfy, same thing for pillows.
