there was always a problem to sort any problem as receptionist was always missing. sound isolation is very poor. I always heart mobile calling and vibration in another room. it always wakes me up at 5 in the morning. We constantly had technical issues with our room cards and had to replace it 5 times during 3 days. Taking into consideration that receptionists were always missing, it was quite a problem. internet connection in the hotel is very slow. during our last day there was a false fire alarm at 6am and nobody provided us any excuse for this incident. in the end I was not able to properly sleep any night at all.

Very friendly stuff, always very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and a lot! Rooms were quiet and with a nice view. Sauna place for us alone. :)

Wellness usage was not priced in homepage. Would have been good to know in advance. But was worth it!

Awesome food, nice people, comfy room with a nice view on mountains. Building after nice reconstruction with wellness. Perfect locality for biking.

extremely small washbasin, lousy bartender, troubles even with a mojito - basically no mint, no lime? not possible to part the bill without cash payment

exceptional cleanliness, very friendly staff Philip the restaurant manager was excellent helpful attentive and friendly. The receptionist was very good she offered to drive us to the ski lift and collect us . The hotel was new and built to a high standard . The buffet breakfast was great with fresh local produce and the weekend buffet was delicious. The Al a carte was great and the home made patisseries were scrumptious!

Booking .com describe it as ski to door it definitely is not the nearest ski lift is 1000 m’s a short drive (there is ample free parking at the ski lift )or a 20 minute walk !

Friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Modern interior. Super food.
