Personnel was nice and friendly. Bid parking lot on the territory. Beautiful green territory.

We ordered a room with two beds, but the second one was NOT a bed, but a sofa with an awful mattress - thin and squeaky. Not good to have a rest after long road. Smells of damp inside the room. Few electrical outlets. Breakfast was quite poor.

Dirty spots on the carpet in the room from vomiting. Very old with holes bad clothes. breakfast 9 eye per person with no food and die casting taste. Coffee machine not working. Old sales that was left from wedding couple of days ago.

Booked 2 rooms for my family with kids for a night. The receptionist told that there will be a wedding and music will be heard a little bit in the room. No mentioning that the wedding will be loud blasting music till 5 a.m. It wasn't "a little bit" to say the least: walls of the room were shaking and the music was blasting till 4:30 a.m.

Very clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Good price.

A bit pricey.

It was a pathetic hotel, Me, my wife and my 3-year-old kid were given a room which was under the staircase, there was no telephone to call to the reception. Beds were with torn bed sheets which had black spots grown up due to mold. Blankets were old and not warm. The room was also not warm. The receptionist was not a pleasant or helpful person at all. Earlier I made the booking for two nights but due to the bad hotel, I requested to make it to 1 night only for which hotel reception guy told me to contact booking.com only to make changes. As we were coming from war zone country Ukraine and exhausted and tired and stressed we did not have any options. I made the request to change. For which hotel reception asked me to pay hotel taxes for the night which we did not even stay. The room was horribly cold beds were tiny like a baby cot, pillows were also outdated and ready to die. Overall it was the worse hotel anyone can stay at the price that this hotel is asking for. Also, I would urge to Booking.Com to be away from such hotels which are not even empathetic to people who are coming from Ukraine which is under war.

better could be to remove this hotel from booking.com As they are overpriced, not at all hospitable staff, no courtesy, no emotions for the people who came to their hotel in Poland after losing everything they had due to the war.

Rooms don't match to the pictures. Would be good that picture of the specific room is showed. Also condition of rooms on the pictures is much better in comparison with real condition. In the room was very cold (weak heating). No additional blaknets

Smokingi area is to close to dinning spot.
