Restaurant buffet type was excellent

On arrival I was informed that they do not have any parking place for me and I better look for one . On their presentation is stated clear parking available after a while of arguing they found a spot (owner private place!!!) and I was able to park the evening was ruined. Explanation was simple , wedding on site full parking . Never again on this location were the client is unimportant.

I pay 1300 eur for 3 days Water only at check in, after for money. Breakfast is poor and tasteless. Luckily, omelettes are fried.

Spa was great, and the room was spacious, and the breakfast was ok but not a lot of options.

The hotel is not 5 stars, some broken things or scratches on the wall, old rusty showers etc... and no smart TV, only cable

food wasn’t tasteful, bland breakfast. Poor selection of food room in room service. Not the best room counting hotel was half full, could suggest upgrade or better room.

worst room service ever. almost nothing on the menu, menus weren’t even updated from last year. staff was nice but few, and nobody really spoke English.

very good spa, good breakfast, staff was very nice, sleepers, robes and lots of kits in the bathroom for different purposes.

we used room service, it was terrible, very unexpected for a 5 star hotel to have very low quality food. And some pillows in the room was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep. the only option to change the pillow is to buy one in the hotel.

Children were still in the Spa after 6.30pm on Saturday and no one reminded parents that they should leave. Staff were pleasant but not very forthcoming with information that would have been helpful, like needing to use our room card to use the lift, where the restaurant was located, etc

Room electricity had problem, but solved soon. Many of employees don't speak English, caused inconvenience.

Very kind and helpful staff, good lication, good and clean spa. Nice place to spend the vacations.

Maybe would be good to have (more) vegatables in the restaurant.

Location and facilities are good

Small touches that make this more like a 4 star experience rather than 5 star: - No tissue box in bathroom to blow your nose - is it 5 star to blow your nose with toilet paper? - Housekeeping lack attention to detail: Left Dirty Cups, Did not replace shampoo/showergel or toilet paper without being prompted by the guest. - Queuing for buffets even though you've already paid. Queue takes forever (inefficient staff allocation) - we chose to dine at other hotels as they were much more efficient - Gym closes at 9pm - very early and was lacking aircon - Hand sanitizer was not present/topped up adequately in the gym - No towels in the gym - No water in the gym - Accessing the wifi required too many stages - Breakfast buffet: Good selection BUT you have to request almond milk, oat milk separately... that got annoying after 1 morning. Why not leave two containers of alternative milks out with the other milk/orange juice - most 4 star hotels do this as standard now...! - Positive: they have gluten free options (if you ask the staff). The room itself is good however the staff do not "audit" the room and check for issues. For example, the fixture that holds the shower head to the wall was loose - so you can't keep the shower on whilst leaving the showerhead in place. I didn't bother complaining to get it fixed, but I would expect the housekeeping to discover this during their cleaning and report it automatically (lack of training). The hotel is designed for families (not couples) but that's OK. However, there are missed opportunities - for example they have a nice outdoor area with sofas, but there is no place to buy drinks or music. The staff try their best and do a good job overall (very friendly) but I think the management is taking a lot of short cuts. Overall I would recommend the hotel to families and the facilities / location to the beach can't be beaten, but couples should avoid.
