It was in the centre of the city

I was delighted with the upgrade to a junior suite . The staff at the reception and restaurant area were exceptionally helpful and efficient .

Breakfast could have been much better .

the amazing treatment of everyone there, from Abo Ali, Naim, Alaa, Nadir, Fatima, Rim, Tarek, everyone was amazing and it was a family friendly environment, and very helpful and generous, whenever we ask for anything they make sure that it is available even if they have to go out and get it for you the food was amazing you feel like it is a home cooked food

Conveniently placed, only a 15' walk from the beach front and a short car ride from the town centre. Friendly welcome and very good-sized room with super-sized bed and comfortable furnishings. VERY generous breakfast with a very attentive waiter who offered eggs and excellent fresh coffee in place of the Nescafé rubbish. And freshly squeezed orange juice. Great experience all round.

The swimmingpool was very nice. The beds were OK. The room (twin) big enough. The room was clean. We got complementary tea and water. The manager brought us by car to the boulevard.

The hotel lost its grandeur. It looks neclected and the entry outside was full of litter and plastics. The trees, plants were all dead. The balcony and its furniture was not clean.
