Absolutamente tudo!! Café da manhã super variado, delicioso. Equipe da recepção extremamente educada e solícita (destaque para Paula). A piscina do SPA é maravilhosa, não dá vontade de sair. O quarto imenso, com 2 banheiros, cama confortável, e uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Maravilhoso!!!

Breakfast was delicious! The beds were pretty comfortable. It was so nice to have a kitchenette to be able to lessen the cost of eating as restaurants in Switzerland are quite expensive. The pool and sauna area was very nice! Would definitely stay here again.

I got the room with Matterhorn view and it did not disappoint me. The weather was great and can see the Matterhorn during my full stay. The room was big and bed was comfy.
Breakfast selection was great plus loved that they have rice on their breakfast menu. Being asian, rice is a staple, so I was so happy that it was part of their menu. Their staff was very accommodating. The location was great too.

Great place to stay. They upgraded us for free with Matterhorn view. Very friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, so many varieties. Room was clean and comfortable. Good spot to stay. Will be back

easy walk from Zermatt train station, breakfast was exceptional with numerous choices, pool and spa area was clean, staff was friendly and helpful
bath robes and towels (for spa) were on the small side, floor in pool area was very slippery

Friendly staffs, a very nice pool and spa. It is also nice that 11:30 is checkout time. You can still enjoy the pool after breakfast.

Some sauna rules can be confusing.
Room was good but facing north so no sun in the balcony. But if you spend most time on the slope it does not matter.

We stayed a night for a non-smoking room, but our room was full of cigar smell that our pjs were all soaked with horrible smell. Terrible! We ended up throwing our pjs away.

Spa (saline pool + jacuzzi, 2 saunas and 1 steam) also very good. German speaking region so no swimsuits allowed in sauna/steam. Loincloths were available.

The location is good and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was also very good
The hotel is quite basic and the room doesn't look like it has been renovated or updated for many years. It is consistent with a ski lodge rather than a nice hotel. in the two bedroom apartment one of the beds is in a loft bed with very little headroom above the bed.

our suite was really charming and felt like home. lovely big balconies and spacious rooms. the buffet breakfast was really great. the pool was really atmospheric and relaxing.
a microwave would be useful in the kitchen.
