Very pleased to find this dog friendly hotel, close to the motorway which made it a great base for the western coast exploration. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Plenty, easy, free parking available. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. We forgot the dog harness there. The staff was extremely helpful and they were happy to help us get it back (we sent a sae and they posted it for us) We are very grateful, thank you 😊

The windows have restrictors on so you can't open them but a couple of inches. In a very hot weather this was a problem for us and for our puppy. One member of staff in the reception denied us a second fan but luckily, on the next shift, a lovely young lady organised it for us so we could get some sleep! Thank you 😀

All went well. We needed an overnight stop. We arrived late and were able to check out as late as 11.00 which suited us well. The rooms are spacious, there are tea and coffee facilities, the shower was powerful, the towels were big, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not least, it was excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking but don't let that deter anyone. I am just a fuss pot! I think most people (including my husband) would think it was very comfortable.

Difficult to find and no local services eg taxis, but not Days Inn's fault.

I was only one day with a reservation taken quickly at a very good price. We had our 9 month old puppy with us, he was amazing. Big room, very good and professional staff, very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the good price.

The room had not been cleaned since the last guest so I had to be moved to another room, the shower head was lose from the wall and the toilet is too close to the wall very strange making it not very comfortable to use

It was very disappointing I book the wrong place asilive in Australia my bad when I told them my blunder they said no to getting my money back

The room was spacious and very clean. I think the carpet had recently been cleaned and was slightly damp but caused no problem. Bed was comfortable and additional pillows provided in room.

Entry to front car park difficult if you missed the entrance as you arrive.

Bed was comfy and clean

The bathroom had water marks/runs on the bath and toilet. It looked like some cleaning product had been poured over it and then forgotten to get cleaned off. The toilet didn't flush very well and had to be flushed several times before any tissue disappeared. We had a room facing the services which would have been OK if we could have closed the vent properly so we didn't have the noise of the motorway traffic. Lady who checked us in was friendly but the morning staff didn't even lift her head as we walked through reception. I completely understand that it was a dog friendly hotel, but had a very strong smell of animals when you walk through the front door and the carpet on the lower ground that we saw had stains all over.
