One of our rooms had no fan. The room was very hot and stuffy Nice food for breakfast, but served too quickly by eager staff - it had gone cold before we had time for a tea or coffee We have been previously, and had helped ourselves in our own time

went as expected having stayed there before brekfast was very good, my wife liked the homemade fresh fruit

air con in room would have been good given the weather, but I did see some rooms had it

We've stayed at Le Florence maybe 8 times simply because it ticks so many boxes. It's classed as only 2 stars, I'm not sure why. The staff are excellent, reliable, helpful, honest. It's a lovely breakfast, a nice set-up, good parking and despite it being somewhat well-used everything is kept very clean, so you don't really notice. The hotel is easy to find from the autoroute and then it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the city centre, the bars and the restaurants. Le Florence reception staff seem to encourage any attempts at speaking French, but also speak good English. Their booking flexibility is very fair to the customer. It's a sweet little hotel that deserves a good reputation.

A very pleasant one night stay en route to Haute Savoie etc. Breakfast was exceptional. Parking included.

Location is excellent, we were a party of 3 on motorcycles, parking available on site, good breakfast, would recommend

Great hotel, their english wasn’t amazing but enough to communicate what we needed too! Car park is gated which is good but very tight and often no spaces! Rooms were good we had 4 rooms between us and all very different but everyone agreed the beds were super comfy and showers were great! Will be back next year!

Their lack to help us as we had people drop out so we could have saved some money by not having all the rooms we’d booked but it was just a straight no! No compromise at all and that we had to pay it! You also have to pay city tax which we didn’t know about.

Beautiful building and convenient for walking to the square.

I personally found the bedroom a little warm but understand that it’s an old building and air conditioning units would spoil the appearance.

I'd stayed at Hotel Le Florence last year. Biking again this year, Hotel Le Florence is ideal in an ideal location as the last night before returning to UK via Eurotunnel. A good breakfast in a comfortable and well organises eating area. For one night or several, Hotel Le Florence should'nt disappoint. I'd stay here again.
