it was quite smelly and whilst travelling as family being given two rooms on different floors wasn’t ideal

The staff was very nice and helpful. If I have seen older comments about this hotel that were very bad. We had a good room. The room was okay and in general clean. No terrible situations in the room. The breakfast is good and the price is fine if I compare with other hotels in Nancy. There is parking possiblity for af fair price and our little dog could stay for free. It is a good hotel for a night if you are on the road between two destinations.

The hall still can have a good renovation. The carpets in the hall looked old and dirt. There are a lot of scratches on the elevator. The hall on the 4th floor doesn't really invite to stay in the hotel. When you enter into to room it is very hot (there was an airco in the room).

It was too hot in the apartment

They really tried to have the room clean, although much wear and tear is evident

It is a VERY simple room, no window in the so-called bedroom, very stuffy (they did give us fans at the reception after asking), the bathroom smells bad, and in the morning all the smells of the cooking downstairs came straight into the room (as if the vent of the kitchen is right under the window)

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Bedding sheets and towels were clean.

The apartment and building was weathered and dirty. Very hot without AC.

Rooms are designed as small apartments I think - they are basic but OK - - car parking facility excellent

Good quiet location very close to the historic centre, with underground's car park

The neighbourhood

No airco in the room, very warm , the matrasses where wet and no cleaning or clean bedsheets in 3 nights . No remotecontrol for tv in the room.

the host did not show up as promised. we ended up stranded in a foreign country without the language, in late evening. then no one answer the two phone numbers listed as emergency. totally unacceptable.

Location is good, room spacey and very good bed! Parking in garage very easy although the slots pretty small.

It is quite worn out, the carpets look like they’ve seen been there since the last millennium. I had to renew the access card as it stopped working. Good it happened during the day and not at night. Breakfast is only available as of 8.30 on the weekend so if you have to be somewhere before that keep in mind. My friends had a similar room but paid only half. I don’t know why but that sucks.

The location was good. Room was big. Parking available. A lot of restaurants near the hotel.

The kitchen was not good equipped. Interior could be better.

The room was big enough for 4 members and it was well equiped for self sustainment. The parking is of great value.

The availability of reception office could be extended. There were some smells inside the building, especially in the morning.
