No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired

The staff were excellent food was really excellent good value for money our second time at this hotel and hopefully we'll be back sometime this year 😀 👍

proximity to P&J concert hall

extremely small bedroom with small double bed! tiny bathroom renovated which had been into “wet “room… hardly enough room to get into shower which was squeezed in beside toilet! the shower was right beside bedroom door with tiny shower screen (8ins) wide! water went everywhere! no place to put soap etc .. had to put them on toilet seat whilst in shower!

Great location for events at the local arena. Easy walking distance back and forth.

Room decor could perhaps do with some updating but the restaurant was nice and modern looking.

Clean, good location, restaurant good selection of dishes. Staff friendly. Room good size.

Wheelchair access was not ideal. Maisonette room at far end of hotel.

The location was perfect for attending a show at P & J Live. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar area and dining room were very smart and comfortable.

Oh dear me, the rooms are in dire need of updating. It was like walking into the 1980s except the bathroom which had obviously been upgraded recently! Why just do part of the room? The bed also needs replacing, it was very hard and creaked at the slightest movement. The rooms make what could be a great hotel, just adequate for an overnight stay.
