Fantastic modern apartment on a quiet lane in the heart of the old town with views across the bay to Cap Ferrat. Just 2 minutes to the bakery and 5 minutes down to the sea. We did several stunning walks from the apartment including an adventurous coastal walk that took us right into Nice. Plus several trips by train along the coast to Eze and Cap Martin.

This was a very nice apartment which looks newly refurbished. Comfy bed, lovely clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer etc. Very central and easy to get everywhere including train station to sight see elsewhere. Nice host who met us to hand over and collect the keys. I would return. To note: The apartment is up very steep steps which some people may struggle with.

It's a beautiful apartment in an amazin location. Amazing view out of the living room window and really cozy. Also the hostess was extremely kind and helpful.

One of our best Booking.com experiences as the guests! I myself am a 9.7* high rated Booking.com apartments owner, so I can tell. Everything in this beautiful apartment is done with such a care, with a stylish contemporary designed furniture and attention for details, with many books and artistic touches. And we woke up at dawn to enjoy the sunrise as seen from the window in the living room (mid of August). Sadly the apartment was already sold out after our departure, otherwise we would have extended our stay even more. 

Everything was great.

Medieval exterior look with modern interior. The host received us personally with the key and instructions. The apartment is 10 minutes walk to the magnificent Les Mariniers beach.

There is nothing you can’t like about it. The apartment is spacious, with AC, nice view of the gulf, awesome shower and comfy bed in a separate bedroom.

Hélène is very nice and helpful! The accommodation is very, very nice, everything works properly! There is a nice bakery close by and Héléne left coffee capsules supply for the whole stay! That was also very kind! 😊

The shower, the bed and the kitchen are very nice!

Everything, it is simply perfect. The furniture is comfortable, there is ample space in every room. The clothes washer works perfectly, so does the dishwasher. The view is magnificent, the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a wonderful size shower with rain head option, easy controls plenty or hot water. Host is more than helpful and available.

You have to climb and climb to this jem, so pack light.

The fantastic view from the big window looking out over the terracotta tiled rooftops to the bay below. The superb shower. The comfy bed. The eclectic and tasteful furnishings throughout. The books on the shelves. The Nespresso machine and decent supply of coffee pods. The essential cleaning equipment provided which made everything easier to maintain. All the help and assistance provided by a wonderful host.

Nothing at all about the property that I didn't like. Although it would be good to have some store cupboard essentials provided - just salt, pepper, nice olive oil and some decent vinegar - for next time. Will definitely be going back but will bring a smaller/lighter bag as the steps are very steep and not well suited to an over-sized and over-weight hardshell suitcase.

Its in town - walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Easy to find. Host speaks english. Simple check in/out.

Just a suggestion. Adding an air-con unit would be a plus (we knew there wasn’t one). It was quite warm. The recommended parking in the structure closest to the place is super expensive 45€/day - maybe include a few other parking options in the description.

The apartment itself was excellent. All modern and very clean.

There wasn't a DVD player nor a microwave. Parking is next to impossible and the steps leading up to the apartment were not for anyone who is elderly or infirm.

Clean and modern with a great shower and nespresso coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is located towards the top of the old town in a very pretty street and not far from a bakery for our morning croissant. Great view from the sitting room window .
