Very comfortable small hotel with friendly staff. Very convenient location.

We arrived at the hotel and found out that we had to pay around 20% more than the price we had booked it for, because of extra charges to Colombians. Not transparent at all when we booked.

The rooms are nice and clean. It is quiet so we could rest well. The staff are real nice and the location was perfect, close to a lot of restaurants and cafes.

Very comfortable rooms, clean, quiet, in a great location, near to Zona G and Zona Rosa. Plenty places to eat round the corner and an amazing little eatery/bar next door called Perdido. We didn't interact too much with he staff but the place was really comfy and secure. I read all the reviews about the lift and renovations - it's true there were some renovations happening but they were so minor they weren't even noticeable and didn't affect us at all. No noise. And the lift was fine, I think one day when my partner got in it wasn't working but it must have been for a short time.

It's a great location in the Zona G, Nnce design, quite spacious room, nice balcony, very clean, comfy bed, beautiful dining area, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, all smooth in communication.

Details but quite annoying - lift did not work when I checked in, so I had to carry the bag till the 6th floor by myself, safe box did not work either, and the balcony was constantly open as I had to ask for a key to close it, because anyone could walk in from the neighbouring balconies and take my stuff, as the safe box did not work. TV did not work. The water level in the shower was constantly raising while showering. All of that had to be requested at the reception and it took a day to fix some of the things (not the shower though). These things should be really a basic standard. Attention to those ones with a light sleep - the walls are thin and you can hear neighbours being active in the night as if they were in your room...

the breakfast was fantastic the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

It was a good place to stay and the location because you con find a lot of restaurants the style you want

I am in a foreign country and only speak a few words of Spanish and show up at the hotel and learn that they unilaterally and arbitrarily canceled my reservation without notifying me. And Booking was no where to be found for help.

I went to Cartagena, Medellin and finally Bogota. What I can tell is that the best staff from all three was Bogota. I give 10/10 to this hotel. All staff were very kind, specifically JUAN CARLOS. He went beyond my expectations. He helped my friend and I in all the questions we have. The room was very clean, restaurants around and the transmileniun was about 10 minutes away from hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The bed were so confotable. Breakfast delicious and you can ask for different varieties of your choice. In the contrary, in Cartagena was very limit of choices. Love my stay and I will go back to this hotel. ❤️ IT!!!!

Desk staff very professional and helpful. Good-sized room. It was nice to have all the TV channels when I ended up in bed for a whole day with altitude sickness. Breakfast was good.

It was far from the city center but all the restaurants there were great so that wasn't too bad. The laundry service is a little expensive so you should either have a lot or really need to do it. It was done well.

Very nice restaurants nearby and overall a nice area. It was safe even though we didn't got out after 10.30 pm. The breakfast was really nice especially the different fruit juices. Staf was also nice.

No one speaks English 🙃 No air conditioner🤦‍♀️
