Wir wurden direkt sehr freundlich empfangen, die Lage und Sauberkeit des Hotels war gut. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden für diesen guten Preis.

I arrived yesterday to bahia city hotel in agadir, with my wife. I must say an absolutely revolting hotel i have seen in my life. The front house man in the reception wearing glasses absolutely rude, customer service was very poor and rude. The hotel is outdated with mould and discoloured 1980’s carpets that have not been cleaned in decades. Don’t get me started with the room, as you walk in theirs a sense of foul body odour from the room, the bed sheets have stain’s and markings of residue, bed was uncomfortable every movement you make the bed starts making creaking noises. The bathroom absolutely disgusting, only one poxy towel to share between me and my wife. The mirror above the basin had mould and rust growing, the shower head was broken. They had one glass that should of been located on the table, however this glass was in the bathroom toilet. Bahia city hotel you deserve no stars in fact you need a hygiene inspection. Absolutely filth hotel, please everyone stay away from this hotel, as it’s absolute garbage. This hotel will ruin your holiday, trust me. Save the money and go elsewhere!

My wife and i arrived to this hotel to check in, and the receptionist made a big deal, about the marriage license. The man in charge of the hotel insisted, that we must show him our marriage license, in order for us to stay in their facility. We forgot to bring it with us, so he said, he made it an exception, for us, this time. The breakfast was very poor. The room didn't have a queen size bed, like I requested, and NO shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The hotel is located far away, from the beach, and it's not what they advertised. I will not go back to The Sud Bahia Hotel, and I will not recommend it to my family members and friends. I was disappointed 😥!!!
