The staff was very diligent and attentive. In addition, meals were good with a breakfast buffet and omelets on request. Room service meals were also good and prepared quickly. Housekeeping did a nice job keeping my room clean with my unusual schedule. The front desk was fantastic handling any request quickly.

The room had some wall and ceiling damage. Some speckle and a coat of paint would make a huge difference in making the room more esthetically appealing.

I have a feeling that some guests do not respect the fact that the rooms are non-smoking (at least, accodring to the details on Booking.com). This is not the first time that there was a faint smell of cold smoke in the room at Regal Enclave (especially if the AC was off)
