Staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to shorten our stay without charging the full amount. It’s “ok” for short stays
The pictures do not reflect very bad and old conditions of rooms. In the pics you have either super creative photoshopped pictures or these pictures are 20 years old. You have to make an extra effort to enjoy sea view which again is not as on a photo. Things are old and in main corridor it stinks.

The room we booked wasn’t like the one that was advertised !!
However, the duty manager offered us a free upgrade to a better room the next day of our 3 night stay !

Front Office & Reception:-Very poor especially female staff. Asked for Tea and the answer came that the room has the facility and we should make it. I am a frequent traveler and the answer made me disgusted. Male staff was having nails not cut for more than a month
Service is poor. Tea is not served in-room service and items are less for a guest who is looking for Multi Cuisine. Sri Lanka is a coastal belt and guests might look for seafood mainly.Still I remember the taste of Cuttle Fish which i had from Cinamon Lakeside.
