Location was good. The apartment had everything!

Location and room layout. Heaps of room and had everything we needed. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will def be back!

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. And we weren't given a bath mat for the bathroom.

Location - walking distance to beach, Cavill Ave and cafes/restaurants. Pool and outdoor facilities were fantastic.

Very very outdated. Room looked nothing like what was advertised online. Needs a very thorough deep clean.

The location

It was very run down and shabby looking. The toilet ran all night and the aircon controls weren’t very user friendly. It was a lot smaller than the pictures had you believe

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This property and service was horrible! Facilities were dirty and old and worn, which I was going to deal with, however the worst part was when I turned the air conditioning/heater on there was a sickening horrendous stench that filled the apartment. It was A mix between sewerage, mould and dirt. I messaged the hotel immediately via the app asking for a new room as I got really sick from the smell and the toxic feel of the scent felt like it was damaging my lungs. I opened all the windows and was forced to sleep outside. I asked to extend my checkout since I didn’t get any sleep and they refused and said they needed extra time to fix the smell issue. I submitted a refund request and they denied it and denied any smell. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels with booking.com and NEVER encountered this nor made any complaints so I’m not lying. I obviously can’t take photos or videos of a smell and I’ve requested booking.com send health inspectors and remove this property from booking.com. They did not care about my health or wellbeing and wouldn’t even refund or partial refund 1 night out of the 3 nights. This only occurred on the last night when I turned on the heater as it was a cold night. The manager said no one uses the heating system since it’s the Gold Coast and it’s normally hot all year but we’re in June and it’s winter and the old facilities of the room did not retain warmth and was very cold. Disgusting customer service they know I can’t prove a smell with photos or videos so they’ve taken adverts ge and taken the money. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Booking.com have escalated my report and are looking at removing this property and I won’t stop until the property is removed to ensure no one else goes through this and no one else’s health is put at risk at the greed of the hotel. Booking.com kindly refunded their 10% margin on the booking of $20 but I told them to keep it and appreciated them trying to contact the hotel and resolve it.

Location and had every thing that we needed. Good price! Cassie the receptionist was very helpful.

I found the couch very uncomfortable. There was a lot of bumping and scraping (furniture being moved around? ) in the unit above us, even after midnight.
