Clean & breakfast couldn’t want for anything & location is great couldn’t ask for more

The staff were extremely attentive, not only in person but also by text, checking if I was happy or needed anything. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was also lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We loved all the amazing and welcoming staff, everything was close and walking distance. View was spectacular

Good location. Good room. Good swimming pool.

The service is really not as I expected where the reception and service staffs are very confused and not professional. When we check in, we were told that we can choose prepaid breakfast for our 3 rooms and the reception told us it's all arranged and also we can pay at checkout. The next morning when we were at restaurant, we found out only one room is arranged and the other room has to pay on shot also at a more expensive rate. This took us another 2-3 rounds of communication with the reception, through text chat, etc. On second day, the reception told us now it's been arranged while the text chat said it didn't and we have to pay in advance (where we were told we can pay at check out.) The the third morning, to make sure, we double checked again, and the text chat said it's not arranged again! We have to talk to reception and try to arrange it again. At the last day, check out, we found out actually one of the room that we think was not arranged was actually arranged on first day when check in and even charged our credit card already, but they ask us to pay again at restaurant and also kept telling us it's not arranged, and plus they have arranged the wrong number of adult ending us paying $135 more which they didn't refund. We just think all the service staffs are very confused about what they are doing and have no communication between each or in system. Very very bad impression .

Loved our stay at the Hilton! Breakfast was good! The location was amazing and staff were fantastic.. it was my husband’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of wine complimentary! I’ll definitely come back here!

Indoor pool and spa and sauna needed to be policed no one was following the rules kids running in and out of sauna jumping in the indoor pool. Parents not caring. Outdoor pool was mean to heated was cold. Room- bathroom was setup for persons with a disability water would go everywhere while having a shower we where there for our wedding anniversary that all took away the shine on our anniversary.

Location

The quality of customer service was subpar. The staff could have been more hospitable. There was a lack of communication regarding the road closures due to an event, which caused inconvenience during check-in. The kids' bed was overcharged, which was not requested. Despite requests, no unique amenities were provided for my daughter's birthday. The concierge service was unavailable when needed. Checking out was challenging due to the lack of assistance given to my injured husband and baby. This experience was not worth the time and resources and would not be recommended.
