It was clean. Staff were friendly and polite.

No free wifi. Parking some distance from room. A long way from the town centre.

Loved the rustic smithy. Beautiful location. Comfortable bed. Great space with everything we needed. Tracey is a great communicator and lovely host.

You can take dogs, although mine did a woopsy and didnt know it until staff called, and xtra charges were added to clean up which is understandable , staff very obliging and friendly, showers had fantastic pressure. Has board games for kids as wifi not that great.

Bunks squeaked every time someone moved, pull out stretcher was used 1st night due to the noise, and was very hard and ended up using 2 mattresses on the floor, this unit was meant to be for a disabled person, however with beds for five, not sure where a walker or wheelchair would go as rooms not big, dead insects in the laundy basin and cobwebs were noticeable. Bitten by sandflys or mozzies, so needed to keep windows doors shut, may have been due to humidity.

There was great services for the kids, games to borrow. Rocks to look for and hide with prizes when you found them. The kids loved this and it kept them busy and happy.

There wasn't a lot of utensils in the kitchenette to use and the oven didn't work very well.

Surprised that no salt & Pepper or some sugar supplied Room for one fine but it looked as if the cabin could sleep 5. A bit overcrowded Good hot water Pleasant view Easy access to HS

The location....away from busy busy life...the fresh air, the scent of the pine trees very relaxing..
