Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The towels for the pools were a nice touch.
Nice to control the temperature of the room.
Very clean and the best location across from the pools
Maybe a few herbal teas would be nice
But very grateful for the coffee, tea & hot choc available on the room ☺️
Noisy fridge so we switched off during night.
Maybe a paint touch up as the paint was scratching of the walls near bed

It’s such a great property, left my sunglasses and top there and she sent it back straight away. Extremely grateful. Perfect location for pools and restaurants.

everyone was super lovely and friendly. perfect location and an amazing facility. we had take aways next to the fire on a super cold night it was so nice. such a homely feel

Lovely comfortable room, directly opposite hot pools. Nice touch to have towels for guests to use at pools, and lovely toiletries etc in bathroom. Would definitely stay again..

A lovely quiet place to stay, close to Restaurants, Hot Pools and shopping.
Our bed was quite uncomfortable, maybe if we chose a different room next time the bed would be better.
