The location is perfect. Really perfect. A very quiet street, while all Tel Aviv goodies are in a walking distance. Spacious room.

The chic photos of the rooms are not telling the true state of the hotel. The rooms are basic and a lot of things needs renovation (painting, carpets, the kitchen).

In the heart of the city, have underground parking, personal is also good!

For the last couple of years I always stayed in Diaghilev when visiting Tel Aviv and was never disappointed: very nice and large rooms with good beds, quiet (as long as you ask for a room at the back of the building) while still being in the center of Tel Aviv (close to Rothschild Blvd), helpful and friendly staff, very good price/quality.

Spacious rooms, clean, best location.

Unfortunately, the hotel is said to be closed soon. So, the owners make no more efforts. Once packed with contemporary art pieces, today the rooms and corridors look really sad.

The location is very good, walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment was spacious. Internet connection was very good. The ladies serving breakfast were nice and the food spread was good.

The apartment could have been cleaner, I noticed dust on the shelves which then got on the clothes. The wardrobes were improvised. The room we got was on the first floor, above some electricity generator or some utility area that was noisy at night. Staff did not smile and the conversation was lacking, even not wishing good day, but they were helpful when requested.

very basic look of the apartment, esp. the bedrooms - no decoration, nothing on the walls other than simple posters, very basic kitchen and equipment.

the room is dated was not refurbished for years, the lobby allows miserable very basic there is not service after 6pm during the week (shower didn’t work properly) and no cleaning service

we were sent a pre-checkin form to fill in our data and after filling all were asked to pay deposit that has not been mentioned in the Booking.com information. At 5pm after leaving the hotel we were sent a pre-checkout form asking us to fill in the time when we wanted to check out (?).

Extraordinary service and best staff . we will definitely come back again.
