Location, cleanliness, roof top view, staff availability, excellent restaurants in the first floor.
Rooms are small. We ordered an extra bed, we couldn't move around the room. It's a small hotel for a 5stars, small lobby, small pool, small roof top. Breakfast is rich but many items are of low quality (especially cereals corner).

The staff, the hotel the food and the facilities are exquisite. I love the rooftop pool and spa. All of the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough. I feel safe and well looked after when I stay at Kempinski. The food is superb 👌 the staff are amazing, especially the house keeping guys like Emad and Kaliffe just to name two of these amazing staff. Nothing too much. You comfort and enjoyment is their priority. I love Kempinski and its staff. Can't wait to return.

Tuvimos una suite mirando al Nilo . la habitación muy cómoda , la cama , las almohadas , el baño amplio .

los restaurants del Hotel fabulosos .
el Osmanly , buenísimo ! comida turca , excepcional , y el Italiano también muy muy bueno .
pero lo más increíble el equipo humano . hicieron nuestra estancia muy feliz .

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille à l'hôtel Kempinski Nile au Caire. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue imprenable sur le Nil. Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et attentif à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et élégamment décorées. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec une large sélection pour tous les goûts. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine sur le toit, qui offrait un moment de détente après nos journées de visites. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochain voyage au Caire. Merci pour cette expérience exceptionnelle !

ابتداء من الاستقبال كان رائع وسريع
الموقع خلاب على نهر النيل
هدوء داخل الفندق ، الغرفة وان كانت صغيرة نوعًا ما لكن الاطلالة على النيل عوضت صغر الغرفة
الخدمة كانت فوق الوصف سريعة جدًا الجميع ودود وخدوم الى ابعد مدى واخص بالذكر الأخ المحترم موسى كان في خدمتنا في كل وقت ويتصل يطمئن بدون ما يزعنا

It is nice , clean and comfortable .Breakfast is good.the location is great.
Everything was good . i have one remark about the shower . It is a bit slippery and there is no shower hose or toilet hose as well . i think it would be more comfortable to have them.

Piscine et Roof top privatisé lors de notre passage - on ne l'a appris qu'au dernier moment. On aurait apprécié de le savoir avant.
Le roof top m'a paru petit, on doit manquer de place quand l'hôtel est plein mais ce n'était pas notre cas cette fois.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic!
The pool is very small which was disappointing as there was 2 days where we couldn’t use it due to it being at capacity. We then had to pay to use another hotel pool in the area which was disappointing after having paid for our stay at the Kempinski

Le confort de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner riche et succulent, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, le caractère luxueux des lieux, la salle de sport complète et fonctionnelle, le restaurant italien aux mets très fins, la superbe vue sur le Nil depuis la chambre....
Il faut insister pour avoir des capsules Nespresso, qui ne sont pas automatiquement renouvelées. Il est désagréable de découvrir que la plupart des salons sont réservés aux fumeurs et qu'il soit autorisé de fumer dans un lieu ouvert. Le volume des produits de la salle de bains, très petits et peu écologiques. Le pommeau de la douche, fixe, dans la baignoire. Mais ce sont des détails.

الخدمة سيئة جدا ، بطيئين وتحتاج تطلب الطلب اكتر من مرة وممكن يتأخر 5 ساعات
الغرفة لم تكن نفس الغرفة التي حجزتها والحجة ان الفندق ممتلىء ،
الغبار تحت السرير وكأنه لم ينظف منذ اشهر
لا انصح به اطلاقا ، يوجد فنادق في المنطقة افضل بكثير
لايوجد صالون للشعر في الفندق

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était top! Buttler super. Le personnel globalement est très bien.
L’odeur de la pollution, le bruit de la route, un balcon inexploitable en raison de ces critères, un réveil à 5h du matin par un haut parleur juste en face appelant à la prière. Et enfin, aspect global de l’immeuble très moyen pour ne pas dire moche.

My room. I loved it. Even though the view was city view it was still lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful as well.
To be honest the food. But that’s just mainly a cultural preference and not cuz it was badly prepared or anything
