Room was cold but they immediately put us into a different room and were very apologetic.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Good location next to its own restaurant.

No air conditioning. Limited USB ports in room. Strange set up of switches for lighting. ie one switch behind pillow.

Nice clean room and building, nice staff, TV with Netflix.

The bath room is a little outdated, you will have to get a taxi back and forth to Lincoln. Taxi prices are ridiculous for that distance.

Room was clean and comfortable electric plugs are too near the work surface and dressing table unable to use hot brush badly designed wash basin was in the room out of the bathroom really not good food was good evening meal and breakfast

The design of the room wash basin electric sockets not enough coffee and tea sugar kettle was poor design also

Room was very warm even when heating switched off. Having said that it's an awkward time of year regarding temperatures.

The rooms are spacious en provide all you need for a business stay (mainly sleep, use of wifi, bathroom and a coffee/tea). The adjacent restaurant provides excellent breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and pleasant 24/7 staff occupying the foyer with even a small bar.

The room was quite cold when I entered and the relative small electric heater had to work overtime to get the temperature to a comfortable level. Thankfully Housekeeping left it on during my absence through the day so the 2nd evening all was back to a pleasant feeling. The next door restaurant closed relatively early so I had to look for something else to eat when I arrive the first day. However there is plenty of choices around at a couple minutes drive by car.

The fact that, on check out, when I handed the key card in she asked us to ‘wait there’ while she basically went to check the room right there in front of us. it felt extremely patronising and didn’t seem very professional really.
