Food from all restaurants and room service was great, house keeping staff are great and very helpful. Great pet friendly facilities.
no control over guests with pets - the guests sign disclaimer but dont clean after their pets, walk their pets off leash - one guests with 4 dogs without leash attack my dog, when i complain they dont do anything about it. The staff kept chasing me to pay (for their own fault) as if i was going to run away without paying. and the hotel is not infant friendly at all - you cant go around with a stroller - no ramps and nobody helps

Номер полностью соответствует фотографии. Неплохие завтраки.Нормальный спортзал.Хорошая уборка,вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отличный Wi-Fi на всей территории, включая пляж. Море идеальное для купания, вода чистая и очень тёплая.
В ресторане, где проходил завтрак, очень много столиков стоят на открытом воздухе без вентиляторов, там очень жарко. При относительно небольшом количестве отдыхающих персонал в ресторане едва справляется. В лифтах кондиционеры практически не работали.

Frühstück höchstens 3*, Buffet armselig, kein Käse, kein Honig, alles musste anhand einer komplizieren Karte bestellt werden, auch der Kaffee und somit ist alles mit Wartezeit verbunden.
Beim einchecken wird ein Depot verrechnet, welches auf den Zimmerpreis addiert wird und erst nach vielen Tagen kreditiert wird.?! Absolut no go!

Booking在订房说明中未有清晰说明房间所处的那侧，导致订房时把两间房间分别定在的酒店不同侧面。早餐一般，全是一样的，吃到第4天有点厌烦了。我定了两间房间，礼宾服务员和前台根本就没有看清楚，就让我们去城市翼去办入住，之前，司机已经认错了酒店，掉了一个头才抵达，现在如果再掉头去城市翼显然会很麻烦，而且是5个人，有老人和孩子，何况有间房间在海滩翼，如果再去城市翼办入住，两位老人又要折回去进房间，显然很不方便。我坚持有间房间在海滩翼，他们再看才确认。服务上有非常大的欠缺。

飯店非常大，游泳池很漂亮直接連結外面的沙灘 非常適合渡假！房間舒適漂亮又高雅設備非常的好
往外走對面天橋過去就是商場買東西很方便，也有按摩店let’s relax，離羅望子夜市和假日的蟬鳴市集 開車約5分鐘，亦可走路到達
飯店幫忙叫計程車到華欣夜市 飯店人員跟我們報200，結果回程我們自己叫車只要100 建議要叫車可以自己使用Grab

There was nowhere to go for nice walks. You could only go ‘so far’ along the beach depending on how far the tide was in.

Der Kolonialstil, nicht zu gross und die Zimmer in verschiedene Trakts verteilt. Das Frühstück in den verschiedenen Aussenbereichennim Grünen. Das sehr freundliche Personal.
Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer auf der Seite Richtung Bluportcenter. War sehr laut über die Festtage. Musik usw. Nach Reklamation unsererseits bekamen wir ein Upgrade in einem ruhigeren Teil und das war sehr gut.

The hotel was great, and the staff were very active. Needs a renovation to keep its standard, but we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
The only negative is that the hotel is getting old and needs a little touch-up. Other wise, it was great.

Housekeeping was not doing their job well, coffee capsules was not daily replenish.

the light at the bathroom was broken but the hotel didn’t fix it. also it was shared that we would enjoy 20% on food and beverage but they didn’t mention alcohol isn’t included.
also there was an unpleasant experience with other guests. hotel didn’t follow until we followed up.
