We loved staying at the Florida apartments. Fantastic location, the rooms were soundproof. Lovely pool. David and the cleaning lady were wonderful. Booked to stay again!

Brilliant location to everything.
No toilet facilities after check out if you’re on a late flight. Mentioned this to David and he couldn’t be more helpful and sorted us out.

I can not say a bad word about Florida apartments. From management to staff it was excellent. David the manager would do anything to help. Apartments are centre to every thing. Commercial centre straight across the road. We will be back.

great location opposite the commercial centre but peaceful all the same.
the 2 single beds would benefit from mattress toppers for comfort.
the sun loungers have seen better days.

It is practically located in the center with all its advantages and disadvantages. Plenty restaurants, shops and malls nearby.
Due to the proximity of entertainment venues, sleeping is only with earplugs possible.

Florida is slap bang in the centre of Puerto Rico, everything is on your doorstep, facilities top class,staff brilliant,lovely quiet complex.Nothing too much trouble to David the manager,wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great apartment in very good location straight across the road from the commercial centre. Manager and cleaner very friendly. Beautifully kept gardens. Highly recommend.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but that's the only thing that I can say negative.

The location of the apartments, the air conditioning and the free WiFi all great advantages, also the receptionist telephoned me to check when we would arrive as our flight was delayed, and he was good enough to wait an extra hour on his day off.

Loved the location of appartments,across from commercial centre.would have liked to have had a pool bar as I felt it really to quiet for me at pool,if it a very quiet appartment you looking for then this is for you,but I like bit music and other adults around.if I wasnt alone it wouldn't be so much an issue,would return with my partner tho.
No pool bar,no atmosphere.
