The room location was directly looking on to the pool

The pool was freezing The self catering facilities were minimal The properties ( kitchens and bathrooms) need updating.

Lovely, large apartment. Really good lay out and nice balcony area.

Nothing really but it is a 25 minute walk to the beaches of either Puerto Rica or Amadores - €5 by cab. That said, there’s a large bar/restaurant area a short walk away.

Moved to here from a villa in the north which was freezing! Everything big spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, we could move the 3rd bed into the lounge and still had masses of room. Netflix/prime TV, enough cutlery it was all Great.

It was all great although a balcony in the sun would have been amazing.

Beds cold and damp in the mornings hardly no sun came around until late afternoon shower cubical was mouldy group of rowdy men next door threw a bottle of water over our balcony and just missed my head told reception I was moving 2 days early as I had found somewhere else as the rooms were damp And my daughters asthma was bad threw the damp and she said enjoy your stay at the riosol then I just wasn't happy overall
