Not worth the money untidy and dirty rooms and toilet

nothing to like ,worst hotel not safe for females , anil the manager not no way to talk , and even the receptionist they behave like dons or goons , no breakfast .

The staff was good n friendly. Check in n check out was easy.

What was shown in the picture the hotel wasn't like that. The room didn't have a refrigerator and were not served cold water bottles in middle of May Afternoon. I had to request a lot to get them to provide me with ice. Room was okay but not according to the price. Its a good property if u are staying just for the sake of it. But it isn't meant for staycation. The staff was really nice though. Also, the food was terrible we were served cold food for some reason.

No staff available even at 10pm at all. Had to visit reception everytime I needed something. No facilities no services available. Kitchen got too closed before time and then they stopped responding answering calls at reception. Worst stay ever.. Pathetic service.

The staff were very polite and helpful to us,big rooms,clean rooms and the best part was the inroom dining ,very delicious and super fast delivery.

No dental kit ,and the landline was not working properly ,allso the landline was very dirty. There was only one towel but overall had a good experience, will definitely come again.
