amazing location vary clean and comfortable and the host was great only down side is you have to pay 15 for clean towels which is a bit overpriced I think especially if you’re staying for four days that can at least offer you one exchange for free

The area

Lying on Booking about facilities of the studio we have booked: No oven No sofa No coffe machine, just a macchinetta( not the same thing) Even if is marked on the facilities, they are not on the room. The so called studio is a larger room with a kitchinette. Dining area is in fact a table with 2 chaires right near the bed… Bad attitude of the owner, when i sayed that we not have every thing is market on booking sayes is our fault for booking the smalest apartment/ studio… What a shame…

Room/apartment are brand new and comfortable,it does have a kitchen and an iron tho🙂 bathroom new modern and clean,location is great also.

The location was perfect just like in the photos on booking! We stay in the same apartment that we booked on booking. It is situated just 2 minutes walk from the ferry boat and very close to all the restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, a small kitchenette with everything you need to prepare small dishes, if you want to. Clara, the owner, she is very lovely and warm and she gave us all the informations we needed to make our vacation perfect! So, don't hesitate and book Haus Bethusy!

Very easy check in with a personal door code to access the building and the apartment. Great communicaiton from the host Clara. She was always friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

The location was beautiful, loved the small balcony to look out down the street, and the apartment was just steps from the main strip of bellagio. we took the ferry and had no issue walking to the apartment (though a couple flights of stairs are required in the building). The apartment was so clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Because we needed to be able to WhatsApp to get the code, this would not be a good option for someone who will not have a data plan available on their phone. The bed would slide away from the wall on occasion, not ideal for the person who wants to sit up and lean against the wall to read in bed (but with the couch and table in the apartment as well there was plenty of other places to sit and read).

Once we were settled we liked how close it was to the water and other sites. We also really appreciated the cheaper breakfast at the recommended hotel. It was half the quoted price when we let them know we were staying at Haus Bethusy. The place had everything we needed, though some shampoo and conditioner might have been a nice touch.

Getting there by car was stressful, especially around 5pm. We were technically allowed to drive down the small road leading to the property, but it was packed with pedestrians. We didn't know what to do, so it was stressful to figure out. This is not the fault of the property, but perhaps some pictures of what was possible would have been good. We ended up parking in a temporary spot, taking our smaller luggage, going back to our car and driving it to a parking spot near Lido and then packing just what we needed into a backpack to take back to the place. We got up early each morning to move the car to a new free spot and lived like that.

Incredibly clean, spacious property that has everything you need for a great stay. Close proximity to the town with a wonderful rooftop with a view of the mountains and lake.

Property has excellent location and the recent renovations are to a high standard making for a lovely stay. Beds are very comfortable and the key pad access to the property is very convenient.

No toiletries available, for example shampoo and shower gel, would be good even if just enough for the first night. Also in the shower there is no basket or shelf to put bottles or anything. Very minor issues. Only pointing them out as everything else was excellent so there is no real bad points.

The access by car is by very tiny street with many people walking around Quite difficult to find a parking spot

location excellent, bathroom and kitchen new and very nice, lake views lovely.

The stairs to the apartment are quite steep and narrow, must be careful when carrying bags.

everything there was nothing we didn’t like we was a stones throw away from the idyllic town of bellagio and we felt we were in paradise every day for a family of three this really was amazing xxx
