- very nice atmosphere in the hotel, not crowded at all - really friendly and helpful owners - delicious meals, especially the dinner - beautiful view over the Sognefjord from the hotel room as well as the restaurant - big room and really clean - free parking at the hotel

Just one little point regarding the noises: Our room was underneath the restaurant area and we heard it when the chairs above us were moved. As others mentioned the ferry arrives/departs next to the hotel which sometimes causes a bit noise. Apart from that we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. We will come again next time!

Management was very helpful. Food was fantastic Large room with extra-sided windows. Nice view of the fjord.

Too close to the ferry for me. Heard traffic and ferry all.night. Bathroom was extremely snalll....sink area. No room for supplies. Shower was large and comfortable.

Located just beside the car ferry terminal. The apartment was big, well equipped, modern and clean. We dined at the restaurant and loved it. But what outshines everything is the wonderful couple that run the place. They are kind and welcoming and we got some really good advices from then mostly about hiking trails.

We found the bed to be too soft but that’s a personal preference.

We arrived very late, very exhausted, and just looking for a place to lay our heads. We were greeted by the kindest man at the reception desk who welcomed us with a kind smile. The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was great. The view was magnificent. But it was the staff that really made our stay outstanding! Thank you!

Very nice and clean appartement

Good breakfast. Easy to get luggage from car to room. Great hiking area. Great fjord view from hotel terrace. Good food. Very nice owners.

Room small. One side of the bed had no bedside table. Bathroom split in two rooms and part with toilet and washbasin had no heating (and Norway was even colder than usual this summer). Window in room could only be opened a little.

Warmth welcome Amazing landscape Proximity with the ferry terminal

Rooms are tiny, ideal to spend 1-2 nights max Especially the 4 people bedroom. There's 1 double bed + one convertible couch (way too small). We were 4 pretty tall guys, 2 of us got another room in an Airbnb nearby. It would be ok for a family of 2 parents + 1 child, or 2 very small children. But definitely won't hold 4 grown ups.

Very beautiful scenery from the sitting room and dining room. Interesting to watch the ferry landing. Breakfast was acceptable.
