Excellent location, right on Kuta beach, beautiful view of sunset, Spa just a building away, grocery shop and snacks restaurant adjacent, market with touristy items at just less than one kilometer.. Beachwalk mall at walking distance.

The wifi was very bad

the hotel upgraded our room for free and gave us pool access room the room we stayed in is quiet despite being in a busy area of Kuta Staff are accommodating, very easy to communicate with, quick to respond to concerns (like when we told them the sink is clogged, turned out it was our fault for not opening the drain)

We liked our stay at Wyndham as it is very well located in Kuta. Close to everything and just in front of the beach. We were staying in a room quite far from the entrance but close from the car park. Lobby is very nice and pleasant to stay in. Room is perfectly clean and you got all the facilities needed and the infinity pool is very nice too. We recommend to stay there for a stay in Kuta ;)

Location is amazing. Across the road from Kuta Beach and so many shops and restaurants in walking distance. A great day spa next door to always end your day with . Staff are just beautiful. There was a issue with booking but were very happy to immediately fix. Fabulous happy hour daily.

Resort is very run down. Construction is currently being done on majority of hotel however didn't see anything getting done in the week we were there.Average breakfast seemed to always run out of things half way through breakfast service.Rooms are clean however very dated .Bathrooms are in a huge need for a upgrade.

The location was good and the bed was not bad

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures , the room was dirty , the shower was dirty and didn't work well and was falling apart and smelt of sewage . The Internet only worked in certain spots and if you didn't move . The walls are super thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms next door and in the corridor . The pictures are all from the room ...
