We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and our room was spacious and comfortable. Food was great and the pool was awesome!

Tout était incroyable

Very modern infrastructure, overall not too big, direct access from resort to the beach with many restaurants and bars including live music, very good food quality and broad offering with a really great breakfast. And last but not least very friendly and competent staff in all areas.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber! Insbesondere der Secret Garden Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker!

Die Anlage ist recht gross. An der Reception beim Check-in hat man uns einige basic Sachen, wie zb wo das Frühstück sein wird, wo wir was finden etc nicht mitgeteilt bzw auf einer Karte kurz gezeigt. Wir mussten dies alles später selbst in Erfahrung bringen, indem wir nochmals an die Reception und selbst nachfragen mussten.

Hotel stupendo, curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. Pulitissimo. Stanze enormi. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Direttamente sulla spiaggia vicino ai locali tipici. Anche il ristorante e i cocktail davvero ottimi. Ambienti fichissimi, di design molto sofisticato.

Kamer op de benedenverdieping was mooi maar niet goed gelegen. Top dat we direct een kamer kregen op de hoogste verdieping.

Très bel hôtel avec une décoration raffinée Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnellement varié (ouvert jusqu'à 11h00) par contre éviter d'y aller à partir de 10h00 beaucoup trop de monde. Le personnel est serviable et efficace toujours souriant La chambre est tres bien décoré (2 eme étage côté jardin. Tous les jours des animations

Le prix des consommations sur place est élevé (21% de taxe à ajouter). L expresso est à plus de 3 euros. Mais on peut déjeuner et diner correctement pour 15-20 euros par personne Il faut penser à s'inscrire sur le site pour être membre IHG et bénéficier de 20% sur toutes les consommations car personne nous l'a dit au check in. C'est en voulant prendre un café que l'on m a posé la question. Pas de plage privée en face de l hôtel Par contre nous n'avons pas apprécié la ville de Semyniak (trop de monde, pas de charme) contrairement à Ubud

Where do we start? Everything about hotel indigo is exceptional. Especially the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble, always smiling. The food is fabulous too! We met some great people and we can’t wait to return.

Some of the rooms at the back of the hotel overlook the back of another building that’s a little rough looking. But that is just nitpicking.

Property is close to the beach. Very tastefully done ambience. Excellent staff. Good food.

The bed sheets had a stale smell. One of the rooms had a stale smell typical of places during rainy season.

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful spa, helpful staff and overall relaxing atmosphere. Dinner with live music and great menu. We enjoyed our stay and facilities.

Staff was overall helpful and efficient with the exception of the cafe. We waited quite some time for a coffee and did not even receive the cake.

Disappointing Honeymoon Experience at Indigo Hotel Not LGBTQ friendly: My wife and I, a same-sex couple, chose the five-star Indigo Hotel for our honeymoon. We specifically emailed them twice to confirm their LGBTQ+ welcoming policy, as advertised on Booking.com. Despite assurances, our arrival experience fell short. Entering our Villa, we found a single king bed with mismatched bathrobes and a "Mr. and Mrs." pillow set. A personalized card addressed us incorrectly using the same titles. Five-star hotels are known for personalized service. Despite our efforts to communicate our needs, these mismatches persisted throughout our stay, including staff using the wrong names. It felt disrespectful and dismissive. Also, we would have night guards hit on us on the way out and back to the hotel. This experience doesn't reflect true LGBTQ+ inclusivity. The Indigo Hotel should review their practices to ensure their advertised commitment matches the guest experience. Poor service & room ammenities: Room amenities were also poor. We rented an entire Villa for ourselves, where there was a kitchen in case we wanted to cook something, however the room didn't offer glasses, Cutlery, wine glass, let alone pans for cooking. Every time we wanted to cut a fruit or drink some wine we had to ask for Room service that never took less than 30min to bring a single glass. We again and again reinforced this, asked for the butler to make sure we had the minimum Cutlery to be independent on simple tasks but they would always take everything away and not replace. In Room service was very slow for a 5star, even when I was sick (Bali belly) and ordered ginger tea, it took them over 1hour to bring it. During breakfast our first cup of coffee would arrive after we had already finished our meal. We did had 6 breakfast (days) there so there's deff a poor pattern there, probably not enough staffs for the size of the hotel wanting to be a 5star.

Tolle Lage an einem schönen und belebten Sandstrand. Wunderbare Poollandschaft, Hotellobby, Restaurants etc.

The hotel layout is really good, open and spacious. Its peaceful considering its size and there was plenty of room around the pool. The restaurants were both great, the buffet breakfast was superb. Cocktails each night were great and the bar staff couldnt have been more helpful. The gym was reasonable but too hot (27-29 degrees). And our spa experience was nice.

The ATM in the hotel wasn't working properly and the hotel staff knew about the problem but there is no warning given.

Breakfasts were amazing. anything you could think of! Room was clean & well equipped. Beds were exceptional! Staff were friendly & very helpful.

Fantastisches Frühstück, Zugang zum Strand. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen war hervorragend, Auswahl zwischen 2 Restaurants. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen am Pool zu jeder Tageszeit.

Hoteleigene Liegen am Strand wären super gewesen. Zum Jahreswechsel laute Musik vom Strand bis zum Morgen

Quite a lot of staffs are warm and welcoming

There are a couple of things: 1. At the time of check in they incorrectly charged me four nights(I booked for two nights) and I realised this mistake by looking at my bank statement. So it was a bad impression straight away. 2. Smelly room, it’s not only the humidity in the room but also the bad smell. I requested room change which they did fulfil after two hours of check in. But the room is not very clean. There was toilet paper in the bowl. However they did offer late check out time for 3. There’s long wait in the main restaurant when there’s literally no customers in the room . It took them over 45mins to serve us our food this is unacceptable. I have to chase several times. The seafood laksa doesn’t look freshly cooked, it is almost cold by the time I had it. 4. Location is not so good, it’s far from Seminyak village and square where most of the people shop and find food. If you want to shop there try different hotel because the traffic was really bad in December holiday season.

Conveniently located in the beachfront of Seminyak, rooms are spacious and good dining options within the hotel and surrounding area.

Room insulation is pretty bad as we constantly heard noises in the corridor from inside the room making it difficult to have a restful sleep.
