The front desk service is patient and enthusiastic, they will solve the problem seriously. The room is clean,there have high quality washing and care products. The bed sheets and pillows are very comfortable, the air conditioning is sufficient and the transportation is convenient.

I am very satisfied with the environmental service facilities of the Baiyun Road Branch of PACO Hotel. The drinks in the refrigerator are free, I especially like the coffee in the room. There is also a washing machine,the laundry attendant will help me dry my clothes. Their service is very good.

It's a good service hotel, I have a lot of luggage, the front desk will use the luggage car to help me pull the luggage to the room. The elevator needs to swipe the card,it is very safe. The big window view is very good and the bed is very comfortable.

There is a bus station downstairs,the transportation is very convenient, it is only 5 minutes' walk to go to the subway station.And the room is big which is more beautiful than the picture. There are large French Windows, comfortable bed, the hotel service is very good.

The breakfast isnt really good. You get a 15 yuan discount at the restaurant that is in the same building as the hotel. But the restaurant is really basic and they dont have any western options and the quailty of the food is poor.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel was comfortable, but the staff were much nicer than this. Especially the reception. It is enough to walk 5-10 min to go to the subway.

Breakfast is not a buffet. There are some options only. Internet is not very good, but this is the Chinese general. If your connection is not in China, it is difficult.

Breakfast was very poor not even buffet Very difficult in getting Muslim food restaurant near to the hotel 《If you are Muslim don't take breakfast. Better you take metro nearby to Xiaobei Line 5 or taxi where you will get a Muslim better food》
