zeer mooie nette grote kamers met alles er op en eraan. Ontbijt was zeer goed en kwam je niets aan te kort. ga volgende keer zeker weer terug.

het buffet restaurant was fantastisch met de drankjes in de prijs inbegrepen. prijs wel wat aan de hoge kant. Het chinese restaurant was heel lekker maar belachelijk duur !!! Daarom zit er ook eigenlijk bijna niemand ! Beter de prijzen wat verlagen want aan het eten mankeerde helemaal niets.

Everything else: front desk neglected us when we checked in, swimming pool was too cold, lighting switch in the room didn’t work.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Mr He, the front desk manager, took immediate action to solve the problem for us.

The bathroom lack of privacy as the blinds cannot be fully closed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides good facilities and eager to meet guest's need.

The location of the hotel is far away from popular commercial shopping districts. Traveling to city centre and shopping centre requires at least 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. The mattress needs to be changed.

1, I arrived at the hotel around 9: 30pm, nobody helped me to carry my luggages to the room. 2, In the middle of check-in, after I told the receptionist that the second guest is a local, she said: okay, I will upgrade your room for you, it is from the 35th floor to the 19th floor. I should refuse, because during the stay, I found that was downgraded not ungraded. 3, Finally got into the room, I immediately called the room service, wanted to order some vegetables fried meat to eat because after 10hours flight from Melbourne I felt so hungry. But the lady said that she didn’t know the price and had to confirm with someone. I waited for 10 minutes no answer. Called again and changed to order a bowl of porridge. 4, About 40minutes, porridge was brought. After I had the porridge, I want to turn off the lights and go to bed. Unfortunately, I tried a lot of way, just couldn’t turn off other lights keeping the toilet bright. I had to call room service again. One lady came over and said that some guests had complained the same thing before, but she didn’t know how to turn them off either. She said: I can call the engineering department to help you. That was result: A male engineer came to the female guest's room in the midnight to help turn off the lights( we were in pajamas) . 5, When we checked out, the lobby staff knew that we need to take a long-distance taxi, they were very friendly to help us call a taxi, help us for our luggages. As we waited in front of the hotel, one of them spoke to the other in Cantonese (they didn’t know we speak Cantonese too) and said make sure they get on 0386 Taxi, otherwise we wouldn't make any money. After arriving at our destination, it showed 310 yuan, plus the highway fee 36 yuan, which should be 346 yuan, but the taxi driver insisted that we pay the return highway fee. A total of $380 was paid. 6, I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Four Seasons Hotel in Guangzhou this year, and also took a long-distance taxi from their hotels.

The Worldwide Brand with stable and good service.

The breakfast arrangement is not so good during this weekend. I understood quite full during this weekend holiday, but so many temporary tables on the corridor and feel not so good. However, the funny thing is few empty tables inside and good for couples.

The hotel is new. The room is big with nice river view. Facilities are good.

The breakfast area is a bit crowded n the number of staff is not enough around peak time.

Cathy, the manager for breakfast was extremely helpful and kind on our second morning. Knew me by sight and asked if there was anything she could do. Nico, one of the ladies who gave me a massage was exceptional. In fact both ladies were. Never had a massage as good as that. My fiancée would recommend the Thai herbal massage to anyone and my hot stone one was brilliant. Iris on checking out explained and sorted all the bill and even asked if we cared to stay for a show. As we were leaving she offered to get us a taxi to our next destination.

The staff were very attentive but we were repeatedly asked to pay for separate things even though we had stated we wanted everything on the room and would settle at the end as we were not walking around with our bank card. Bath wouldn't drain but was fixed as soon as we mentioned.
