Travelled as a family and had a really nice stay here. Owner is very nice and can help you out with recommendations. Spot is very good - 3 mins from beach and right near the city center, has also supermarkets, restaurants, shops really close The location itself has a very nice view over the mountains and it’s also quiet (for september at least), you can also hang out by the pool, it has nice surroundings Rooms were very clean and have a lot of space, towels were changed daily Simple breakfast but good and always fresh, served by the pool Price is good for the offered services

Minor improvements: room toilet door, window curtain since the room was on the ground floor and everything was visible without the sun curtain on, pool area toilet - but these were not a big problem for us so we had a nice stay anyway

Good location, close to all restaurants, bars, shops and beach . Not to much noise during the night despite being close to main road and main Street of Malia.Hotel owner friendly enough ( although at times he seemed very disinterested in his guests ) despite this he resolved any issues we had quickly.

Photos on booking.com of this hotel are very outdated. What you think you are getting perhaps was the case many years ago , hotel is now looking rather tired and not the 4 * as advertised maybe 2.5* at best. Pool area and pool could do with a good clean and rooms modernising a microwave would be a start so you can at least cook something. Hotel pool is also shared with hotel next door so not as exclusive as you are led to believe. Its the case that if you book based on the photos as I did and ignore the negative reviews you will I'm fact discover that yes for the price some things are in fact too good to be true - you pay for what you get and in this hotels case for £250 you get 2.5*/3 star at best not 4* as advertised on booking.com. This taken aside it's in a good spot so worth the money - just.

This place is as beautiful as on the pictures. I can 100% recommend this place since its in the city center and only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The Host was super nice and always made sure you’re okay. We always felt safe at night due to the security guard in the front. The breakfast was simple but always good. The room was super spacious and got cleaned almost every day by the nicest Lady who always put a smile on our faces. If I’d ever go back to Malia I would definitely come back here since it felt like coming home. Thank you so much!!

No shampoo at disposal. In over a stay of 6 nights the room was once sort of “cleaned” but the towels were never changed.

The pool area and the views. The location is good, it takes about 5' by foot to the beach. Manolis is a really nice guy.

At first we recived a different room due to Booking complications. I asked to receive the room that I saw in the photos and Manolis helped us. I don't think that the first room even appears in the photos. The photos i attached are from the second room, the good one.

Everything was great. The bathroom and the room was big and comfortable, Very nice host, great breakfast in the garden. Perfect location, the beach nearby was beautiful and clean. Despite the central location, the room was quiet.

Overall, nice rooms with a good size and renovated bathrooms. The room was cleaned and equipped as mentioned in the description.

Unfortunately, the receptionist is more than respectless to the guests. We had to move rooms for the last night, which we were aware of. However, they tried to downgrade us in the room, i.e. we would get less comfort for what we have laid for. Upon asking to have the room that we have paid for (pool view with 3 beds) we were told off and the receptionist got incrediable mad and rude. She insulted and yelled at us, overall very respectless behaviour to the guests. I cannot recommend to stay here.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! lovely family owned hotel. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. We felt very safe at all time and even security at the front after a night out which was as a lovely surprise.

All was fab. The aircom was leaking on the balcony though which may need to be fixed but other than that it was great

I really loved the swimming pool it has a great view. The location is very good and the owner is very nice.

There is no shampoo and there are no cleaning products to clean the kitchen products such as plates, forks and knives... T.V doesn't have HDMI connection Safe is old and needs a key to be kept and not an electronic digit code

Amazing staff! They made us feel so welcomed from day one. The hotel is beautiful, clean and was so close to the beach, shops and the strip!!!

Very nice place, cosy. The owner, Manolis, is helpful , smiling and an amazing host, ready to help any time. The room is big, clean, the garden and the pool are great.

we came at the right time as it wasn’t peak season so mostly had the pool to ourselves. wasn’t too far from the beach and pretty much round the corner from the strip and all the shops and restaurants.

well we were given the wrong room as we booked a mountain view stay. we were at the very front of the apartments and it was really loud and hard to sleep. there wasn’t any atmosphere around the pool we would of enjoyed some music to be played, asked for this and it got turned off after half an hour.

Everything is perfect, location and great places to eat. This family owned hotel is truly special.
