My room was huge and had beautiful balconies I could retreat to if I felt I had spent enough time by the beautiful pool. The hotel is located very close to lots of restaurants, fun activities, and the beach. Marina and her staff were all so friendly and welcoming - they made me feel right at home!

The staff Mariana was extremely helpful. Also the lady that helped when I arrived was really nice as well

The room was high upstairs which made accessibility difficult. Also, there is no breakfast so you either had to place an order or go out to eat which wasn't a great experience

I didn’t like that there was no service like I expected also that we are not allowed any guests to come stay for even like 10-15 minutes . I felt like I didn’t have my freedom as it should in any hotel .

I was there with my two boys and my son girlfriend and it was amazing, the swimming pool just outside the room, the location we could everywhere from our place, the view like in the movies. The room was specious and very comfortable for all of us, two rooms with doors and great bathroom.

We wish having more time in this amazing place.

Different rooms! First 3 nights I had a beautiful room with the best view ever. Than a came back from an excursion and they gave me a room that was 10x smaller, bathroom was verry small, I almost had a claustrofobie attack & litteraly view Watch out for Marina, she likes to be sneaky sometimes.

Private Pool was perfect. Walking in shower and bathroom was really great. Malia's part noice did not hear to us. Yard was really beatiful.

At booking.com sais we would had whole 60 squarmeters and two rooms but we had only one room because was two of us.

The rooms and hotel grounds were very nice and clean.

Unclear rules about the pools hours.

It was a fabulous stay. The Accommodation is beautiful, clean and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. They even organised a tour of the island for us it was perfect. Many thanks to Marina and Andreas - you are the best

Nice room in a quite area, close enough to good Restaurants but still quite enough. Beds were comfy and the Beach is like 5 minutes walking. Would stay there again.

we were thinking about opening the Windows at night instead of using the aircon but there were no mosquito nets on the Windows. Also a sign at the entrance would be great for people arriving late at night (Google maps somehow send us around the Corner). All only minor problems.

Room was beautifully decorated and everything clean. The balcony facing the pool was very private due to palm trees allowing us to see out but nobody able to see in - very nice!! The pool was heated and sun lounges available. The surroundings were pleasant as there is grass to walk on and ample parking. There is a small cafe on site - bonus. Our hosts were lovely and Marina made time to chat with us. We were made very welcome and will always remember our stay at Sunvillage. Thank you for having us and we hope one day we may stay again. Highly recommended

There was nothing to dislike - all perfect for us

Sunvillage is a lovely hotel. The design of the pool area is beautiful, the rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The location is great, but with easy access to the beach and town.

Food and drink options are limited.

The bed was so comfortable and outside area was great

The fact that they had no cereal bowls in the room or small playe just to make up a sandwich and have a little breakfast.

A truly boutique experience. Calm and quiet and all curated personally by Marina with care. On the edge of town so peaceful with sea near and mountains behind. The deluxe rooms with private pools are exceptional. No need to visit beach here but provides a base to explore this side of Crete easily.
