The staff were lovely and very attentive. The reception staff and cleaning staff are an asset to this business. The location is great and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we could feel the springs poking through, making sleeping impossible. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we couldn’t find any dish liquid to clean our mugs with. The room was small and even the balcony felt cramped and un-inviting. Everything here felt old, tired and in need of some serious renovations!

The cleaner could have removed their cleaning cloth. There looked to be a stain behind the toilet seat when it was closed.

Enjoyed the spa bath & the river view from the balcony! And the big screen TV right in front of King bed, which you can also watch from the bath. Great location!

You could hear some sound from the next room. Would be nice if bathrobe and slippers are available.

location of this property is amazing. Staff are friendly and restaurant is in a great position

we did select a room with a view and it did have that. I have however stayed previously and had a much better room that did not cost as much. that was a bit disappointing but the experience was still lovely.
