clean, spacious, quiet location. great shower. comfy bedding

We arrived with easy parking, very lovely and friendly reception staff and a wonderful apartment. The apartment was enormous with renovated bathrooms and very comfortable bed. It was spotless and quiet. We easily walked to everything. Would return 100%

the elevator was bit out dated bit unsafe and there should be foxtel or some entertainment on tv for the children.

The staff went above and beyond, they even fulfilled my request for a towel animal which was a hit on my instagram page !!!! Everything was amazing, so clean I will be back most definitely thank you !!!!

we liked the location of the property was central with close proximity to all attractions around.

the staff was not at all accommodating . we asked for a bit of extension for checkout as i was travelling with young kids. the staff started asking for additional payments for every additional half hour extension. the kitchen didn’t have enough pans and pots and cutlery. there was no body to attend to our requests after 5pm.

The Quest is I a great location and the apartment was clean and tidy.

The shower head could be improved. The bed was too soft and moved easily.

There is not enough light in the apartment. The windows are high and tiny. It felt very claustrophobic. The staff, cleanliness etc however was great.

Close to shops. Quiet. Spacious.

I loved dealing with the staff! The ladies at the front desk were super kind and able to hold a good conversation~The rooms were super clean and peaceful, and it is a generally quiet residence!

I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like about the property heheh
