The staff was very kind and nice. Gave all the attention. The room was pleasant with a confortable bed. The breakfast had a lot of variety and very delicious.

Nothing to complain, maybe mention about the pillow that could have other options.

The location is excellent, just in front of Flamboyant Shopping. The swimming pool is also very good

The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite. Not to mention the location right in front of the Flamboyant Mall. Really nice place!

the bed was a bit too hard but what made us a little upset is the AC that stopped working on our first night and we had to switch rooms. Goiania is pretty warm for a AC not work overnight. Also, the way they work with their clients coming in and out with the car was a bit obnoxious, I imagine they could come up with something better instead of me asking for a paper to come out every time, specially because I was in and out at least 3-5 times a day.

The check in took long, long time. The system didn’t accept my passport which is a European. Strange and definitely not acceptable
