Breakfast was nice and had enough choices

The bed is too low, almost to the ground

Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to Ruan, the staff on duty when we checked in. The bedroom, sheets, and towels were all very clean. Big comfortable bed. The bathroom is on the small side but ok. The bathroom amenities are very good. The AC was very noisy. Took us a while to sleep because of the noise. Very early in the morning water pressure was very low. But normalized after a bit. Breakfast was fine nothing out of the ordinary. The spread had all the basics. Could do with a basket or croissant. The pool area is beautiful and had a nice view of the city. Parking service was also good and had a reasonable price. I would recommend this property for short business travel.

AC noise was a bother. I don't know if that can be remedied as it is a central air conditioning. Also, the shower box in room 1613 needs maintenance as the water was leaking out of it, and the shower head needs to be changed because it had this weird jet of water that hurt. Another thing to remember is that the room was for double occupancy so there should have been 2 bathrobes and 2 sets of slippers instead of just 1. But as were just there for the night we didn't really bother to request for additional. I am sure that the hotel would have provided them as requested.

Staff is great; hotel facilities are good; location is excellent; breakfast is very, very good.

Restaurant and drinks are quite pricy.

the bedroom and bathroom stunk so much shower was broken and had to wait a whole day and night for them to fix it. when they came to fix it, they left mud prints all over the shower and bathroom floor… The pool was completely freezing cold and they said it would get warm , but it never Did… They didn’t care to take care of us, not even when we were paying over 2K a night for a family room. I would never recommend that place.
