Everything was clean and ready for me. The staff doubled checked the room before and after check out, carried my luggage, and helped me with every single need. I would stay here 1000x again.

Lo staff è gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e ci ha tenuto i bagagli anche quando non avevamo una camera prenotata, sono stati educati e super disponibili, mai visto uno staff così in Vietnam!

La stanza era grande, pulita, nuova e anche molto bella! Arredata molto bene!
Ci hanno dato anche un upgrade con la stanza con balcone.
Assolutamente consigliato per visitare Hanoi!!

Personeel van accounting deed werk in ontbijt ruimte met kind die ook arbeid berichtte en met handen in ijsklontjes zat
Kamers niet klaar bij aankomst ondanks hun vraag hoe laat wij wilden inchecken

Great location! Surprisingly quiet despite being very central. Within walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. All staff (especially Josie and Tim) were very friendly, polite and helpful. They also recommended things to do around Hanoi and offered to organise tours for us. We really enjoyed this hotel :)

Big smile at all times and great problem-solver
It was all good. Just be aware the Street view are on top of the famous Beer Street. It can be a bit noisy but fine with earplugs provided by the staff if needed

Emplacement dans le vieil Hanoï, rapport qualité prix très intéressant du fait d un surclassement, équipe très professionnelle et tres sympathique qui nous a aidés à organiser les transferts à l aéroport (une hôtesse parle français)
Lits durs malgré une couette qui a été rajoutée sur le matelas, pas eau chaude 2 jours, évacuation eau du lavabo difficile.

The hotel is smack bang in the middle of the Old Quarter so walking around to find a place to eat/drink was easy. Everything you need was within walking distance.
Being that the hotel is in Old Town, the vendor turn the street into a party at night so it can get quite loud. If you are a light sleeper, please be mindful. The hotel itself is a little outdated and quite small so there is only 1 elevator.

The staff was helpful and polite especially Xenia at the reception went out of her way to help and make me feel better when I was unwell … very sweet and helpful girl !

It was in a convenient location and they seemed to be flexible about check in as long as there are rooms available
There were a lot of ants on my bed one night and backpack and I had to spend time dealing with them - freaked me out a bit. The shower also didn’t drain. Granted ants seem to be unavoidable in SE Asia generally. A bit run down and pictures aren’t super reflective of the state of the hotel.

The staff are really helpful, especially Kariti and Xenia, the staff at the hotel do everything to make you feel welcome, comfortable and ensure all needs are met.

Great location on Beer Street, despite this, was not too noisy at night. Comfortable beds and quick decent breakfast. The hotel very kindly stored our luggage for us whilst we visited Sa Pa and allowed us to use their facilities after we arrived back following a night train! Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
AC could be stronger to cool the entire room.

The location of the hotel is really good. Very friendly staff who gave us really good recommendation for places to eat and visit.

The bed was gooood! We had a nice sleep.
At first i was not happy that our room was on the side of the street, but there was no noise at night because they had to clean the street after 12pm and people had to go inside. So in the end all good.
It was kinda hard to get there in the evening because it was so busy in the beer street where the hotel is located.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Very tasty breakfast.
We encountered ants in both the bed and the toilet during our stay. The staff promptly addressed the problem, but it was still a negative experience for us. It's worth noting that our friends staying in the neighboring room didn't have any ant issues and had a pleasant stay. It seems that the ant problem was specific to our room.

The property is centrally located and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was one of the best I have seen. Very helpful and courteous - especial thanks to Lhong (hoping I got it right) and Jay feom front desk. But overall everyone is super nice. Would love to come back again.

Staff went beyond expectations, even sourcing a needle and thread for me when a zip on my suit case broke. Some staff had very good grip of English language which was very helpful. Room clean and tidy, and as expected. We loved the staff, truely amazing!!! great location. Beds comfortable we loved the big European pillows, so comfortable. Tv and Netflix access made our stay complete. highly recommend.
Aircon was loud, but staff had a technician to see about it immediately, and showed me how to get no noise by simply turning it to low, but it just wasn’t cold enough in the room on low and thus we opted to put up with the noise. but don’t let that sway staying, we definitely recommend staying 100 percent.

Very nice staff and the location is in the center of the city.
It's on the "Beer Street" which means there is a lot of noise in the night.
Also tge walls are very thin. We slept in the beggining of the hall and heard everyone that came from the elevator.

Loud music from the bars downstairs until very late (not the hotel's fault but just to make the future guests aware, our kids had difficulties in falling asleep because of that)
