The staff is friendly and helpful, and thanks for giving us an early check in. The facilities are very clean and lovely. The breakfast is tasty and various.

Breakfast was good with many options Room was spacious and comfortable

At first the staff were unfriendly . Their attitude only changed upon checkout and after paying my exorbitant bill of spa treatments .

The main hotel attraction is two swimming pools with hot natural water (41 degrees), pools are working from early morning to late evening, very good. Staff is very friendly, cleaning service is very good, breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent . We got what we have expected, that is the hotel for relaxation, it is placed not in a city center, so the air is fresh, but the nearest metro station is not close, the region around hotel is not so convenient for walking because all roads are with slope.

I have couple minor remarks. Not all personal (even on the reception) speak good enough English, also hotel do not provide standard information about buses routes, local attractions, maps and so on.

Every thing is fine,staff are great ,great location,great breakfast foood

In the bathroom ,the pathtup is very high,it makes problems for old peoole to get in or to get out, Isuggest they change them for saftey issues.

property has 2 pool and one of them for 16+. this type of oportunity is rare for this type of hotels
